This chair's design and make-up are high quality, top notch. It is true leather as stated. I am a very heavy, 5'8" woman and i carry my weight in my backside and legs and I fit in this chair (my weight is less than the stated limit for the chair). The chair was a bit too big for my workspace which is quite small. My work area is actually unusually small, so likely this won't be an issue for most. My 26 yo, 5'10", 300 pound son then inherited the chair, much to his great delight. He's AuADHD and highly intelligent, but is hypermobile (as am i) and never stops wiggling, moving around. He sits cross-legged, with his legs thrown over over one side, etc (if you're hypermobile or "double jointed", you know the challenge of sitting still on joints that want to dislocate at random). He also has severe chronic pain and this chair provides much needed support. The seat of the chair is all that they promise. He LOVES this chair. He says it's the best one he's ever had. He was using the top model SecretLab chair, that to be fair, has lasted several years, but the comfort, support, and ability to sit in various positions has this chair as the absolute clear winner and it was less expensive! When it was first set up, we had a couple of issues and like others here have mentioned, Sophia was amazing. The issues were resolved quickly and efficiently much to my gratitude. She believed me with what i stated without a question (and it was the truth). She's even emailed a couple of times to make sure that all is still going well. Excellent chair, excellent customer service. Happy son in less pain. Well worth the cost. (But I'm still on the hunt for a good chair! I tell my son he's a thief and he just grins at me in delight, lol.)

Stop looking! Invest in this chair! High quality, heavy duty, large size, lush leather, padding very comfortable. First day using it, I sat for 6hrs straight before I realized it! No pain totally comfortable. My dog loves that he can sit with me comfortably! Assembly was easy. I reached out to customer service immediately and activated my 3yr warranty & requested the updated lumbar pillow. Sophia responded immediately & confirmed warranty & tracking # for the pillow!

Great chair very comfortable for work. One issue when I was putting it together the ch at or arms are on backwards, have to take the apart and turn them around. Not funny messing with a 72 yr old lady putting the chair together.

We purchased the Sunnow Heavy Duty Executive Leather Ergonomic Office Chair with Footrest, Criss Cross Leg & Flip-Up Arms. We absolutely LOVE it! When I opened it, I was amazed by the quality of the leather & the look and design of the chair. It looks and feels like a high end piece of furniture! Assembly was straightforward with easy to follow instructions. We specifically purchased this chair because our Pomeranian loves to sit on mommy’s lap while working from home & it was starting to get uncomfortable in our old office chair. This chair is PERFECT! I cannot emphasize enough, if you have a fur baby that loves to work with you at home this is the ABSOLUTE BEST CHOICE! We did have an issue with the wheel base of the chair squeaking. We reached out to customer service & spoke with Sophia who was absolutely AMAZING! She kept in constant communication with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. They immediately sent us a differently designed base & asked for our feedback in what would make the chair better for future customers! Honestly, this is the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. Sophia went above & beyond to satisfy her customers needs. There is no better chair out there! I ordered this chair because I prefer a large chair that feels like a hug, I’m an avid crisscross, footrest chair sitter and the leather looked like good quality in comparison to similar products on the market. However, I ended up returning for the following reasons: The chair offers little to no support as the back support pillow is not attached to the chair nor does it come with a strap. The foldable armrests arrived damaged. The recliner feature didn’t work at all. And, the parts (screws, bolts, etc) did not align with the predrilled holes required for assembly. I did consider the fact that I may have received a defective chair, so I did end up assembling what I could anyway to confirm that I didn’t just want to get a replacement instead of returning. But ultimately, I couldn’t justify the price for a chair that had so many issues and offered little to no support, although though it was beautiful. I really did want to love the chair but I think I was more in love with the idea of the chair.

The chair is really comfortable, for my back and my bottom. :) However, I'm not a fan of the arm rests because they don't lock into place. I bump them and they fall backward, making me need to swivel them back up.

This chair is a great purchase. The chair was not too difficult to assemble and was comfortable. It has a long seat which is great for taller folks. It is good quality, comfortable, the height and arms are adjustable. The back and seat tilt as one piece, the back alone does not tilt back. When I received the chair there was a note inside about an additional lumbar pillow that was available at no cost. I reached out to Sunnow and started the process. I received several emails keeping me apprised of steps I needed to do and following the progress of the delivery. Once delivered I received another email to confirm receipt and satisfaction with the pillow. The pillow does help with back support but might not be needed by everyone. Sophia has been great at providing communication and updates through the process. I would recommend the purchase of this chair
