I have set up several pools in the last 20 years and this one was by far the worst that I have ever had to deal with. All of the fittings for the pump didn’t fit correctly and leaked. None of them were uniform to actually go together correctly. The frame didn’t want to go together very easily.

The pool itself is beautiful and very high quality. The shipping was also fast. We got our pool frame and liner installed but hadn’t filled it. A huge strong wind gust came up and completely flipped and twisted the pool frame. It was bent beyond repair in multiple places. My family is tight on money and this was a special gift for our children. We were all beyond upset. I called the next day not knowing if we could afford all the replacement parts needed for the frame. I called Sunneday’s number and was immediately connected with a man named Ron. He promptly said he would send me out the parts. I was confused as I was trying to determine how many parts might be an issue. He let me know he was sending me an entire new frame and in case it happened again I’d have extra parts. He didn’t even mention any cost even shipping cost. Just took my address and name. Said he thought he could get it on FedEx today so hopefully we’d get it on Monday. I am so blown away by his and Sunneday’s kindness to my family! He said that customer service is missing these days and they want to bring it back. This company blessed our family in such a special and rare way that you do not find in almost any other company these days! Pool liner itself is ok. The pump leaks constantly, and barely moves water through the pool. For the price I spent on this, I was expecting higher quality. Next time I would stick to a brand I’m more familiar with. Although customer support answered my email right away, they offered no help on getting the pump to stop leaking. Pad under the pool is always wet from water coming from ports and pad under the pump has a constant stream of water. Would have returned it if I hadn’t already spent the $400 to fill it up with water. I have had multiple pools in the past and have never had this much trouble. ... show more

This company was awesome to do business with. I was a little skeptical at first because it's not a huge brand, but took a chance. The pool went up really easy. Due to our horrible water it took us a week before we could use it. We were able to enjoy our wonderful pool for about a week before a severe storm came and destroyed a bunch of the support legs. I thought for sure we would be out of luck and without a pool. We called customer service and they sent out new supports right away. We got the replacements 2 days later and still have time to reassemble and fill the pool up again! I am so grateful for great customer service, which is pretty rare nowadays. Update: a huge tree branch fell on our pool liner as we were drying it out and put a huge hole in the liner. I contacted the company and asked if I could purchase a new liner since it was no fault of the company, and they said they would take care of it. Box was damaged, but everything inside was okay. Shipper was very rough with it. We put it up March 10 and found a leak in the seam with the pool about 25% full. Emailed the company and the guy apologized and sent us a new liner! What great customer service. I will buy their products from now on!

Pump instructions were difficult to understand poles around the top never lined up u have to be he man to make that work! Once pump worked it leaked fittings never fitted in the sides of pool! I pain 1000 for this what a JOKE IM A LOT PISSED RIGHT NOW
