First off, I am just a dad that is reviewing a glove for playing with my kids. I used to play competitive baseball, so I do have knowledge of glove quality, but I was not looking for a top tier professional style glove. Review: As soon as I opened the box, I knew I had made a great purchase. Then I put my hand in the glove, and it was confirmed. For a glove at this price, this was a steal of a purchase. It is high quality soft leather. It is not going to peel like the leather shell glove that are only slightly cheaper. It is probably closer to 60% factory break-in rate and 40% user, but I still could take this to play right now. The color of the leather is great too! I would recommend the H stitch pocket because the web is thick and durable compared to the thinner tight checker webbing. 5-star to start/ I will update the review if needed, over time. ... show more
