This is a great fireplace. Heavy duty & beautiful. Delivery was a NIGHTMARE! I had to drive 144 miles round trip to pick it up myself and it was damaged when I picked it up at XPO shipping. . I had to get Amazon involved to solve my problem

    • problems with set up as a consumer i was not informed prior
This is very heavy and the delivery people do not set it up they mainly drop it in the driveway. I had to hire someone to move it to where it was supposed to be and it took two men to move it. You should either provide set up or inform the customer of what they have to do we are detailing our problem on face book for although the item is nice the problems with setting it up where you want it should be addressed. You should offer set up that way the consumer does not have to be hassling to get it set up and running. This is a good product but your services suck and is no fault of the delivery cause they did what they were supposed to is yours for not informing the consumer ... show more

Beautiful looking and a great addition to our custom patio. Disappointed as unit is two years old and not used heavily. Holes appeared on the bottom and the tiles sheets inside are corroding and breaking down. Contacted Sunjoy to replace/repair unit but refused since it is two years and out of warranty. Essentially advised not to fix unit as shipping prohibitive in cost and wouldn’t compromise. ... show more

First the product was delivered ahead of date which was awesome. The delivery company was in contact with me the entire journey. The guys who delivered were great they came in and placed where we asked. How ever I will suggest that there are a group of people able to lift and move it once you unpack it.
