I bought this knowing that it wouldn't put out the rated power. Its obviously not 2000W RMS but I thought it would still be good for the price. It turns out it barely puts out more than 100W bridged at 4 ohms. It is actually 20 times less powerful than advertised, its terrible. It doesn't work at 2 ohms mono it just goes into protect, so you can't get any more power out of it. I assumed it was a Class D amp. Its actually a Class AB amp according to the instructions, also it doesn't mention that anywhere in this listing on amazon. This thing is a scam, Do not buy this amp especially for subwoofers. If you want a good budget amp for subs, get one of the AUDIOZERONE amps, they are actually good for the money. ... show more

For this price you cant go wrong, quality amp that throws good power and looks really nice. I got powering two 12" subs with no issues. Its light and compact and has not overheated or went into protection mode.

Just installed this amp with two skar audio 10 inch dvc subwoofers works great ! Also installed a RCA volume control knob a must have. With a little fine tuning should be good to go. Don't forget to turn of the high pass filter on your head unit if you want to beat the block lol. I'll be adjusting the eq to find the sweet spot pretty good bang for the buck in my opinion ... show more

The amp didn’t work right out of the box. It consistently went into protective mode like two seconds into a song. Went to an audio store and bought one for the same price, hooked it up and haven’t had any problems since. Was a complete waste of money. Would not recommend
