7 inch is good IMO for one person or a small side dish. The sides are high which is good for liquids, or vegetables or anything you can pour out or lift out with tongs or a fork or spoon. Because the sides are high and the pan is small it is not a first choice for cooking anything that needs a spatula because the spatula can't come in level/low to get under the food and lift it off. It has to come in almost straight up and move the food to get under it. Things like fried eggs will break commonly in pans like this. Not terrible, just be aware. The pan does cook really nice. The titanium finish is beautiful and should last a long time if you use wood, silicone, or plastic utensils. This pan is made in Vietnam so it is good to see such high quality. Their manufacturing processes have improved a lot over the years and we see them getting into a lot of different industries and competing with really good stuff. Very nice, well made pan. I would absolutely add additional pieces of this cookware to my set. 5 Stars.

This pan is great for single serving dishes or side dishes. The high sides allows you to make dishes with liquids or mix ingredients well. The down side is if you need to flip an egg or anything that needs a spatula, this is not the best pan for that. My food has cooked well in this pan and the nonstick works well. The pan is lightweight and easy to clean.

Although this pain states that it is 7 inches, I was still surprised by the size of the pan when I opened the package. The pan was much smaller than I anticipated it would be. I also felt that the handle was cheaply made, especially compared to the pan itself. As I have used this pan, I understand why the handle was made the way it was, as to keep the handle cool while cooking. The pan is very nice, it cooks evenly, it washes very easily. I don't personally place pans in the dishwasher because even when it says they are safe, I feel like they warp. While the pan is versatile..I don't feel like there are too many uses for the pan d/t the size of it, personally. It's great if you're only cooking for 1-2 people.

I cook 80-95% of all my meals, so I'm always on the lookout for tools that make cooking easier. This pan is perfect. I have an electric oven/stove top (I prefer gas, but that's not available where I live). This morning, I cooked an angus beef burger from frozen in this pan. It took about 13 mins, with me turning the burger every 3 or 4 mins. The burger caramelized perfectly (Maillard reaction) and cooked exactly the way I like it inside. After that, I took a chicken breast, put it in the leftover angus beef fat, and cooked it from frozen. That took about 30+/_ mins (on lower heat than the burger). It was juicy, the outside seared and browned (from the fat and the heat). I plan to cook an omelette in it tomorrow. This is a great pan, much easier to clean than cast iron (cast iron being what I usually use, or enameled cast iron). Only two downsides: 1. You should let it cool to warm temperature before you put it in the sink or rinse it out. 2. it's good for cooking for one or two. Any more people, you need a larger pan.

This is an excellent high quality non-stick pan. The bottom conducts heat very well and very evenly. This 7" pan makes for an excellent sauce pan, but also is perfect for when I am only cooking for 1. You see the photo where this is holding 2 salmon fillets and vegetables? That is the 10" pan. The stainless steel handle lets this go from the stovetop to the oven or broiler and back again, as needed. I really like this feature, as that is typically how I cook. The surface of this pan is not damaged by going into the oven either, even at high heat, as long as there is food in the pan. This is very lightweight also, making it easy to handle, even with potholders on. If you have wrist issues you will especially appreciate this fact. Overall this is great and I am perfectly pleased with it - Recommended!

Great smaller pan for use especially on small outdoor stoves or RV, as well as a great in-between size for the kitchen. The handle does stay cool when using, and is riveted (I prefer screw mounted). But is not an issue but a personal preference. The surface is non-stick and heats evenly. It states it is metal utensil friendly, but I would stick with non-metal utensils.

Great little pan. The pan itself is not thin or lightweight - it feels robust on the sides and bottom. It does not have the protruding 'heat spreader' layers on the bottom of the pan, but the bottom is certainly thick - and thicker than the sides. On gas the pan heated evenly and quickly. The handle got a little hot, but that is normal on large gas burners in my experience. The non-stick coating is really nice. I don't understand how it works, but it almost looks like there are little particles embedded? Regardless, it barely needs oil/butter. The pan tapers down from about 7.5" to a bit under 7" on the inside of the pan. It has nice rolled edges transitioning from the sides to bottom... but you will likely need to use a smaller sized Spatula if you are cooking scrambled eggs, for example. Really great pan - can handle anything you throw at it.
