Great desighn, made in china and the build quality is not premium like the price, quality components but the craftsmanship on assembly could us some quality control.heatshrink on speaker leads done poorly loose and brittle, one speaker lead was frayed, ring on spider is flexed between fastener because low grade plastic was used, logo looks like cheap stencil, some tooling marks ect, no paperwork (spec sheet or owners manual)all and all a good sub I would probobly purchase again. sounds decent for a 6.5. Update... So ive owned this little sub for a couple years now. Defenetly quality control issues. This is a "Copy paste" subwoofer meaning you can get the same sub from many different brands. Same motor different logos ect. (Ct sounds, Ds18, massive audio, ect.) Some transition noise on some songs wich i have learned can be due to flaws in production. All and all a big improvment over the factory installed 6.5 subwoofer that came in my honda. Is it four 15"s on 10,000 watts "NO". does it add some debth and clarity over not having a sub or a cheap factory sub unit "ABSOLUTLY" UPDATE switched this out for the Rockville 6.5 for half the price and TWICE THE OUTPUT ON SAME WATTAGE. I won't be purchasing sundown anymore due to quality control. ... show more

They produce great overall sound and hit the lows pretty well. I have them (2 of them) behind the seat in my crew cab tacoma and can't wait until they loosen up a little more. Even my girlfriend commented on how good everything sounded.
