I cannot say whether I could tell a difference with taking these vs not taking them. Still testing them out. I will say the taste is unusual but not completely unpleasant. The delivery of the individual gummies in the jar is a total mess though. I have never had the experience of a fully melded gummy mound as this product has. Separating 2 out from the molten lump with fingers is becoming a tough task. I may have to resort to using a fork soon. If I find they work, that's great and I wouldn't mind as much, but for now, the stickiness is a big barrier for quality to me. ... show more

These gummies are very sticky so that makes it hard to get them out of the jar. The taste is ok. The quality of the gummies is good, except for the stickiness. They're a good value for the price.

It has a odd taste, hard to describe but not as pleasant. After taking this supplement for few weeks I did not feel any different. So I feel like I just wasted my money.
