Took me about an hour and 30 minutes to put this chair together considering this was my first chair I ever built myself, because usually my dad or brother does it for me, but this time I felt like being a man lol. The instructions were very simple and easy to understand, the seat cushion on the chair will take maybe a couple days to settle into, but it is comfortable compared to my last two chairs the seat cushions were just a piece of plywood with a flat cushion. I love the armrest they are the most comfortable arm rest I’ve used especially when I’m next to my desk typing or gaming. The lumbar support is decent can be better I wish there was two one for your lower back and upper but it’ll do just fine. The headrest is also decent it can be better but it’s enough for head comfort and to keep your head aligned and comfy. Honestly this is a good chair and I’ve never felt so comfortable for my back cuz I have scoliosis and this is good chair to relieve back pain. Happy with my purchase. I ordered 6 of these chairs with 5 arriving together and the 6th stuck in fulfillment for a couple of weeks. Had to cancel order and reorder with timely arrival. On two of the chairs, the screws did not line up on the seat back to attach bracket to seat. It was the same spot, top right on both chairs. So one screw on two chairs are not on it. It is comfortable however, I elected to put the rubber roller wheels and in doing so my feet dangle off of the chair in the lowest position.( I am 5'3) Overall, decent chair ... show more

It’s a decent office chair. I’ve had it for the last couple of months. Overall it’s comfortable and worth the price. Cons: - it does squeak a lot. I put WD40 and that seemed to help but it still squeaks every once in a while - I wish it could lower just like an inch or two. - I swapped the armrests so that they don’t stick out as much and I can pull up closer to my desk. Overall, I really like this chair for what it is. It doesnt hold a candle to a herman miller, zodi, steelcase, etc. but it feels great for long sitting sessions. controls are easy enough to deal with. I would get this again over anything else in the 3-400 dollar range as I tested a few there and noticed no significant upside. Assembly was easy enough with clear instructions and clearly labeled parts. Definitely a good buy for someone looking for an entry ergo chair. My previous chair from Amazon lasted about a year; it snapped at the top of the base and became totally unusable. Totally. That chair cost $70. I'm not hard on my chairs. They stay in one room. This chair is so much better! It's more comfortable and has other features like a head rest. I need to oil it, as it squeaks a little. Other than that I'm very pleased. I did buy an additional, NOT a replacement, chair from Best Buy for $189. While it didn't have a head rest it felt much sturdier. One always gets what one pays for, but I still think the $120 chair, pictured above, is going to last me. ... show more

I ordered this chair to replace my older chair. It took a bit longer than I thought to assemble it. But it’s held well for a week so far. Comfortable, light and definitely helps my back support with the ergonomic design

I use this product daily for online school and remote work, so I do spend quite a bit of hours sitting in the chair. I would say that I am an average sized person (170 pds) and the chair is relatively good overall. After using it for a month now, I would say that an improvement can be made with the comfort ability of the seat. Perhaps a little more cushioning could help for extended sitting. Another thing I noticed is that the joints creak pretty loudly with use. Lastly, I’d recommend additional lumbar support (or just a pillow) if you like to have extra back support. ... show more
