Product arrived ahead of schedule, very nicely packaged. Instructions were simple. Table and chairs was easy to assemble. I would have given it a five star rating but it had minor scratches on the surface of the table, and more importantly, the picture and description are incorrect. It shows that it comes with a storage platform underneath the table, and it also says that there is no assembly required. Both are wrong! This Table set does require assembly, and after I contacted Suncrown customer service about the missing platform they told me that it no longer comes with it, and the picture has not been updated yet. They also said if I was willing to keep the set, they would offer me a $10.00 discount. I accepted this offer. They have good, and timely responsive customer service. That's a plus. I would buy it again!

Edit-- they replaced my 2 rusted chairs. Do not purchase!! 2 of the chairs were rusty when I got them. I emailed the company and after several weeks I had to resent an email due to no response. It has now been over a month (closer to 2 months) and I still have not received any type of response from this company except a canned "we will get back to you". Their quality and customer service are horrible.

One of the chairs arms has lost all its paint from peeling and is rusted. This set is nice but a little flimsy and started getting rust around the screws and stuff right after I bought it. Disappointed that the paint is peeling!
