  • Good product but broke on 2nd use and company is unresponsive
Style: 2030 PSI (PWMA Certified) w/Built In Pre...
Great product but “Amazon resale” is not an authorized Sin seller and Amazon sold me a bad refurbished item!! It broke (died internally) the 2nd time I used it. I purchased it “new”December 9 2023, but when the not-very-bright phone customer service rep told me to look at the bar code for the serial number I found out it was manufactured in 2021 and so they told me I was out of warranty. Later, I confirmed my Dec 9 2023 purchase but after many many emails to the company I learned I was sold a used product. It is bad that one can buy a "new" product on Amazon that is in fact over 2 years old! Believing my unit was out of warranty (false), I took it apart and found water throughout and some rust. So either the seals were faulty, or it was a product return and sat somewhere for some years. DO NOT BUY FROM OR DEAL WITH “AMAZON RESELLERS”. ... show more

  • Very quiet and easy to use!
Style: 2030 PSI (PWMA Certified) w/Built In Pre...
I bought this in 2022 for a Father's Day gift. 3 years later my pressure washer is still in great shape and works amazing! I really like how quiet it is. The built-in hose and nozzle storage is an awesome feature. Very handy and well designed for easy use for all your at home or business needs.

Style: 2030 PSI (PWMA Certified) w/Built In Pre...
Let me tell you about my recent purchase of the Sun Joe SPX3001 Electric Pressure Washer with Hose Reel. First of all, let me start by saying that I have never been a fan of cleaning. In fact, I avoid it at all costs. But when I saw the Sun Joe on sale, I thought to myself, "Why not give it a try? Maybe it'll make cleaning a bit more fun." I ordered it online and it arrived within a few days. The box was bigger than I expected, and I was a bit intimidated by the size of the pressure washer when I first took it out of the box. But after reading the instructions, I realized it was actually quite easy to use. I decided to test it out on my deck first. I attached the hose and turned on the machine. I was surprised by how powerful it was! It easily blasted away all the dirt and grime on my deck, leaving it looking brand new. I was having so much fun that I decided to move on to my driveway next. Now, let me tell you about my driveway. It's a mess. There are oil stains and tire marks all over the place. I had tried to clean it with a regular hose before, but it didn't do much. But with the Sun Joe, it was a different story. I aimed the nozzle at the oil stains and watched in amazement as they disappeared right before my eyes. It was like magic! Before I knew it, I had been using the Sun Joe for over an hour. I was having so much fun blasting away all the dirt and grime that I didn't even notice the time flying by. And the best part? When I was done, I didn't feel exhausted like I usually do after cleaning. Instead, I felt invigorated and energized! The hose reel is also a great feature that helps keep everything organized and tangle-free. I don't have to worry about tripping over the hose or struggling to coil it up when I'm done using it. The Sun Joe SPX3001 comes with five quick-connect nozzles that allow you to adjust the water pressure to suit your needs. I found this feature to be very useful as I could switch from blasting away tough dirt to rinsing off delicate surfaces like my car's paint. The 2030 PSI and 1.76 GPM are impressive specs, but what really stood out to me was how quiet it was. I was expecting it to be loud, but it was actually pretty quiet. This is a big plus for me as I live in a residential area and wouldn't want to disturb my neighbors. One thing to note is that the Sun Joe SPX3001 is an electric pressure washer, so you'll need to have an electrical outlet nearby. But this wasn't a problem for me as I have an outdoor outlet on my deck. In terms of durability, I've only had the Sun Joe for a few weeks, but it seems well-built and sturdy. The green color is also a nice touch and makes it stand out from other pressure washers. Another great thing about the Sun Joe SPX3001 is its compact size. It doesn't take up much space in my garage, and it's easy to move around. I was worried about the weight of it, but it's surprisingly lightweight and easy to maneuver. The wheels are also a nice addition, making it easy to roll around. One thing I would caution is to be careful with the water pressure. The Sun Joe SPX3001 is very powerful, and you don't want to accidentally damage any surfaces. I recommend testing it out on a small area first and adjusting the pressure as needed. The only reason I'm giving it four out of five stars instead of five is because the hose reel can be a bit finicky at times. It doesn't always wind up the hose smoothly, and I've had to manually guide it a few times. But this is a minor issue and doesn't take away from the overall performance of the pressure washer. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sun Joe SPX3001 Electric Pressure Washer with Hose Reel to anyone who hates cleaning (like me!) but wants to make it a bit more fun. It's powerful, easy to use, and best of all, it'll make you feel like a superhero as you blast away all the dirt and grime from your home. Four out of five stars from me! ... show more

  • HEAVY!
Style: 2000 PSI (PWMA Certified)
First, this item was purchased through Amazon Warehouse at their set price. There was no discount or any compensation for writing this review. This unit was purchased to replace a Karcher that started to act a little quirky. No big deal, I got it for free from someone used and it allowed me to confirm that I wanted a pressure washer. The first observation is just how heavy the Sunjoe is in comparison. The Sunjoe is at least 3X heavier than the Karcher. I think the Sunjoe is listed as 46 lbs and I think that is pretty accurate. It was easier to just pick the Karcher up and carry it, not so with the Sunjoe. Assembly is pretty easy with just 9 screws required. Even taking my time and making sure everything was just right, it took about 20 minutes to have it ready to use. The unboxing is also pretty easy. The main unit and each part are in individual plastic bags and there are some cardboard fillers. No styrofoam pieces to fight with. In use, this things works really well. I think that it should be noted that the rated PSI is 2000 with a MAX of 2300. This is right on the outside of the box. The Karcher unit this replaces was 1600 psi. This is definitely a better unit and it knocked months of crud off my wife's car today. The only thing left was a film that water alone will never remove no matter how much pressure is behind it. I used my foam lance to apply soap and it worked just as good as with the Karcher. An interesting feature is that the quick disconnect for the tips snaps back and all you need to do to attach another is to push it on and the quick disconnect will snap into place and hold it on. The storage thing for the tips works well too. Just simply push a tip into place and pull another out. There are some plastic spring arms to hold the tips and they seem to be tuned fairly well. They come off easy enough and on just as easy. The cord wrap bottom spins around so that you can get the cord off easy enough. It is weird that it has a lot of detents, probably every 10-15 degrees or so. I would expect something more like every 90 degrees. To me, it is just wrong and it feels like you are breaking something even though you aren't. Not a good "user experience" on this item. I know that Sunjoe makes another model with a hose reel. I chose not to go that route because the hose would have lots of small curls in it and it is another link point or two to have issues with. The little hook provided to put the hose on is just too little. The hose is a pretty stiff thing and the hook just isn't big enough to make it easy to put the hose on it. This just feels like an afterthought and they could make it much better for just a few pennies of plastic. One other item that struck me as a little strange is that the garden hose attachment is on the front and the pressure washer hose attachment is on the back. So while you are using it, you tend to be looking at the back and if you need to turn it off you have to walk around to the front to do so. Again, something just a little off in the "user experience". These are just small nitpicks, but I wanted to mention them in case they are truly important for someone reading this review. I have only used the unit once and it performed very well. No issues at all with the working and it seems to have plenty of power. I am not a heavy user of pressure washers but I will use it about 1 per month or more for car washing and then the occasional thing around the house. I am hoping the induction motor makes this one last for a few years, even longer than the 2-year warranty (+90 days for registering online). BTW, one last item that was a little off was that I did not see the serial number on the unit at all. I ended up finding it on a sticker that is on one of the pieces of paper in the packet with instructions. There is also a tip cleaner taped to the back of the English instrustions. Very easy to miss these 2 items. ... show more
