This pool is amazing! My husband spent quite a few days making sure the ground was prepped before it arrived. He built a 16 x 32 frame with 4x4s, and worked to ensure there were no rocks, etc in the area. We then had 4 tons of sand delivered and he rented a plate compactor to really get the sand set. Once that was done, he took 12x12 pavers and placed them where the pool legs would be. He then leveled one paver to another, trying to ensure the ground was as level as it could be. The pool set up wasn’t too hard at all! We did add a sand filter so setting that up took a bit of trial and error but it works wonderfully. It took about 18 hrs to fill the pool with our hose. The frame looks TERRIBLE about 1/2 way through the filling process and was making awful creaking noises but we let it go and it all straightened out. Could not be happier with our purchase and look forward to many years of use!

Use LEVEL ground and make sure there are no sharp objects on the bottom before laying out the pool. Put down sand first if you can. We added one additional ground cover to go underneath the pool supports. The ladder is not really great for a 200+ lb man., but works fine for wife at 112 lbs. Big enough to do laps and heats up quickly in the sun. We Love It.

The pump that comes with it is a complete waist of a pump. I would recommend a sand filter and pump for it. You will have to upgrade. Other than that, the family LOVED it. After 4 years now, it got a tear across the top, so the pool is now gone.

HORRIBLE experience!!!! We had just spent hundreds on filling the pool with water only to have it completely fall apart while children were swimming in it!. There's absolutely no reason for this, as the pool wasn't around ANY sharp objects and only pool noodles had been in the pool. This could've been a worse scenario hurting the kids. Thank God it wasn't. Customer service had literally nothing to say other than we were outside of the warranty window. Funny, as we only used the pool a few times.... That doesn't matter. Horrible, horrible experience and WHAT A WASTE of money!! So so maddening. Super Glad our kids were not hurt!!!! I wouldn't spend your hard earned money on this. It's JUNK!

we replaced a 16’ round 48” with this 12’x24’ 52”. pool is much bigger than we expected. you MUST level the ground and use cement pavers underneath the leg brackets to maintain the level. we put our pool on 1” foam panels 4’x8’ taped together and the pool floor is cushion and smooth and flat. the pump that comes with these pools is garbage, so we replaced it with our sand filter and flow is excellent.

Amazing pool! I've been wanting to get a pool for a long time. I chose this one based on size, and it's rectangular shape. Like others have mentioned, make sure ground is level. Also, pool does look like it's bowing when filling, it does eventually even out, once it's completely full. I am even able to swim laps. So happy with this purchase.
