    • After it got about 15 inches high it started overflowing
After this pool got about 15 inches high it wouldn’t get any higher and it started overflowing. When I reached out to the company for replacement they offered me $75 if I would keep it. Now they want me to jump through a bunch of hoops to get a refund because they don’t want to pay to have me send it back to them they want me to have to dispose of this worthless piece of junk. I’ve never dealt with a company through Amazon with such bad customer service. They will not do the right thing!!! ... show more

This is a large pool. I have had 8 7yr olds in it at once and they had a blast. It's well worth the investment. Now hold your nose cause here comes the cold water. This is a full blown pool. It is costly to maintain and time consuming. I just spent 2 hrs of my saturday afternoon skimming, vacuming, adding chlorine tabs and shocking it. This one takes about 24 hours to fill with my water preassure and holds about 3900 gallons... so it is not feasible to fill and drain it repeatedly. Things to know about these type pools: You will need a ladder if kids are using it. How to calculate volume to add water treatments (dia. x dia. x depth X 5.9). purchase shock treatment and chlorinating tabs. purchase extra water filters...mine need to be changed weekly. purchase pool cleaning tools. This is my second season with the unit. I can't see why i won't be able to drain and store it for reuse next year.. My only caveat on the unit I purchased is that the pump failed after one season. I did not give a bad review on the unit because the pump i'm using is 5 years old, had been stored for 3yrs, and came from a smaller unit manufactured by summer waves which got punctured. I honestly believe that the pump on my unit was a fluke Great product and well worth the work. ... show more

LEAKS!!!!!! It leaks from the seams all around the pool! Don’t waste your money buying it! I guess I shouldn’t have bought it until I was ready to put it up! I’m over my return date and the pool hasn’t been up a week yet! I’ve had to fill it every day, it’s only been swam in twice! I now have a $240 dollar piece of junk that’s not good for anything! I will be contacting the manufacturer directly! Very disappointed! ... show more

My pool had a hole in it straight out of the box that had to be plugged immediately. Of course you don't find this out until you fill it up. Yikes!

I have contacted the seller, sent proof pictures, awaiting a response. The pool came in a very well sealed double box, assembled easily filling up with water and it looks like a watering can. Spent 59$ at a pool supply and hardware store for patching aids inside and out. Not crossing my fingers or holding my breath. Will update when seller responds and refund or replacement without holes is sent. FYI the patches including do not hold anything ... show more
