We love our pool, kind of hard getting it all level but it's built really well the liner is tough and thick, the legs are really sturdy and the pump we got with it is amazing we are so happy with this pool

LOVE this pool! I'd have given 5 stars for EVERYTHING, but have to say set up isn't a breeze! LOL But, with just my husband & I, we were able to get it up and running in a couple of days! PLEASE make sure you have a VERY LEVEL area before you begin! It'll save you TONS Of headaches!! We actually watched a TON of YouTube videos ahead of buying this, & chose this one because of the ratings! We weren't disappointed! We ended up going with the suggestion of one video of using foam core insulation UNDER the pool and BOY am I VERY glad we did! WAY better than sand and GREAT feel on the feet! And it won't 'smoosh' down like sand can which is AWESOME! And, if ya add it all up, I'd say it's not too much difference, if any, in price!! But, was WAY nicer for set up & I have NO doubt it's better for longevity!! No hard rocks popping up through that stuff, or weeds to worry about!! YEAH! The putting together of the pump & lines were the most difficult part. (Well...except for trying to get the poles all in right LOL) but even that wasn't TOO bad if you can follow the directions. They were a tad confusing at times, but we managed. And if worse case, they have a # you can call! YEAH! Would HIGHLY recommend getting and adding in a skimmer though! HUGE Plus to have & will help keep your pool water nice longer! VERY inexpensive addition too! Also, a HUGE recommendation would be a pool vacuum! LOVE the convenience of ours, & it's electric too, so I just plug it in nightly after using it! Easy enough & helps keep the bottom nice and clean!! Not very expensive either, but a HUGE addition! I figured if we were going to spend this on a pool, I wanted it to be as EASY to keep clean as possible, and SO glad I listened to the reviewers! This is a GREAT size for us! PLENTY Of room to romp around and swim & play! Tall enough too that you can have FUN! We can have two FULL size recliner blow ups in & still have room to get around!!! I REALLY want to build a deck around it, as I'm not THRILLED with going up & down the ladder provided, but it's not horrible! My hubby is apx. 230lbs & he can use it ok!! Just would like the convenience of having a deck though! But, that's down the road! LOL In the meantime, we had a BLAST with this the first summer we got it in 2023, and can't WAIT to use it again this summer! But, I AM going to invest in a pool heater so we can use it WAY longer!! The water can & DOES get cold FAST out here in the midwest!! GREAT buy though & would recommend! A+! These guys KNOW how to make pools & they did GREAT on this model! LOVE it! ENJOY! We sure are!

The pool itself is excellent. However, the vacuum that came with it, came with a missing wheel, so it does not glide smoothly on the bottom of the pool.

The media could not be loaded. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with an Intex 18ft x 52in pool that I recently purchased. I purchased the pool on [June 6, 2025] and installed it according to the instructions provided on [June 14, 2025]. The pool was set up on a completely level surface, ensuring proper installation and safety. Unfortunately, on [June 19, 2025], one of the main seams of the pool split open without warning. This resulted in a complete collapse of the pool and a significant flood in my backyard. The sudden release of water caused substantial damage, including the destruction of numerous plants and significant disruption to my property. Nobody even got to swim in the pool before it tore from its own seam. Also a lot of the attachments are made from plastic. Not sure if the pool can even hold its own weight as described… I am deeply disappointed in the quality and durability of this Intex pool. Given that the pool failed in such a catastrophic manner after only a short period of use and was installed as directed. I have attached photographs and/or videos as evidence of the damage and the failed seam. I also attached images the pool set up before being filled and images of before and after the property damage.

MAKE SURE TO LEVEL YOUR GROUND!!!! lol My pool is not level but that's my fault. Super great pool. Grandbabies are having a great time. The pool takes a lickin and keeps on tickin!

Bought this for my daughter and granddaughter to have at their house. After going through several attempts to get it level it works great and we are very, very pleased with the quality. It's lenty big enough for us all to enjoy, 15' x 52.
