It's great easy to put up you need 3 to 4 people to handle this pool. The maintenance kit could use a pole for the small cleaner brush.good quality love it.

I've had experience with Intex pool, so I was a little wary about buying another brand. However we wanted the biggest pool for the space we have and I could not find a 22' model available from Intex. Thus, I purchased this pool. We like the dark basketweave print on the exterior of this pool much more than the typical blue on the Intex pools. It is just more pleasant to look at in our yard now. And the inside of the liner has a nicer print that the Intex pools as well. The frame was a little more difficult to assemble that the Intex pool we had before, hopefully that will equate to it being sturdier. The oval cross section of the tubing does seem stronger. I am using an Intex sand pump and saltwater system with this pool. Rather than adapting to the smaller hhose size for the holes in the pool liner, I carefully traced and cut the holes larger to fit our Intex fittings from the previous pool. I realize that this action probably voids any warranty, but I wouldn't really expect much warranty service anyways. And I really like the Intex fittings. So far we are very happy with the pool. I hope it remains that way. In the future I might give it 5 stars, but I am reluctant to do so until I see if this pool will last for 4-5 years like our Intex pool did. Like most other brands, the ladder and filter are you not the best quality. Keep up on the cleaning and chemicals and it should be fine.

    • Seem coming apart after 3month. Company refuses to replace or give money back. Worst pool ever.

This is very poor quality. And nobody wants to make it right. Not worth any amount of money in my eyes. Now, I have to pay someone to hall it away as well. I paid almost $2,500, for this pool that lasted a little over 3 months. 5 times the amount than our last pool that i only paid $500 for. It lasted 5 years! Never again will I purchase a pool from Amazon. Lesson learned. I feel Amazon should fight to make these companies responsible for their products. Or stop allowing this poor quality stuff to be sold on theisite. Especially when they costs this much!!! Very disappointing. ... show more

I loved my last Summer Waves pool; this is why we purchased another. We don't have it completed yet, but are filling it now. I love the way it looks -- a little more subtle in yard and "kinda" matches our house and deck which is what I had hoped. Glad I found the deal -- had been looking and looking..... We like everything about the pool except the ladder is not sturdy. Don't feel safe/comfortable going up and down it. So, we ordered another ladder from Prime.

    • Pretty color but lacking common sense functions.
We are no strangers to above ground pools. This is our first Summer Waves purchase as we have been Intex buyers. The set up is very easy even if you don’t have experience. However, I feel this pool is overpriced. The darker brown is basically the reason for the increase. The filter is crap and won’t last you long at all. We are using our existing Intex sand filter but have to make some hassleome modifications. Also, there is no option or feature for a slimmer. Most other pools have a “built-in” skimmer that collects debris. Again, we are having to make modifications and they aren’t exactly easy to figure out. YouTube does have some options but it’s srill a bit of a headache. A mounted skimmer is a must. Shipping on this pool was also delayed and messed up. Customer service was really nice but that didn’t resolve the 4 hours we spent waiting on the delivery that didn’t happen. Bottom line, if this is your first pool purchase, go with an Intex. It’s just an easier pump setup and a friendly and more thought out product. I’ll update with pictures when we have the final modifications complete. ... show more
