This product is a unique griddle system that allows for a lot of customization. The main cooking surface which is heated by an electric heating element can support a regular non-stick top or a wire grill surface. There are small, flat pans that stick into the side like drawers, but they are very small and would only be able to cook a small amount of food that is itself very small or flat. If you do have a particular meal in mind that would cook well with this product, then I recommend it. The cooking element itself is powerful and consistent and the top griddle is non-stick. The fact that everything folds back into the device itself for easy storage, also means you are getting a lot of features using only a small storage space. Overall I think the product has some limitations, but it's fine for cooking hot dogs or other meat indoors when you can't use a barbecue grill outside. The addition of the little drawer pans for warming things up can be useful, I do think those drawers are very small and shallow and the only thing I could think to put there would be little pieces of bread to toast up. Price-wise the product is decent compared to some of the other similar grills in this market. It is a very simple machine overall and it does not have to be a $200 appliance. It is also easy to clean up the surfaces and store it in an area much smaller than other griddles.

When I tried to remove the plastic wraps for all the metal part of the grill pans, it’s impossible to remove everything. It heat up fast and is an ok product

This one’s got some quality issues. Seems to work okay, although I’m used to cooking with gas so I can’t be sure, but everything is really cheaply made and it arrived with the protective plastic all melted on to it. Took me forever to remove all the plastic and even after that there’s still bits stuck under the edges of some pieces. It’s easy to set up and use. I made some steaks and they turned out okay, although frying an egg in the leftover grease didn’t work because it cooked too slowly. The top grill piece it easy to clean. Overall I guess this works, it just looks and feels really cheap. There are definitely nicer ones out there.

I requested this grill for indoor use because it is getting cold outside, and I want to have a BBQ inside of my house. This electric grill is easy to use, and it heats up quickly. I like its double-sided grill design, which allows me to cook food on its surface. Meanwhile, I can use its small pans to cook other items on the other side, and that’s efficient for cooking. I have been enjoying this grill so far, and it is fun to have food with my family.

I like the idea of this, I just don't think the quality is there. I had issues removing the protective blue coating, which makes the tools useless. The top grill doesn't seem to heat evenly around the entire grill. But did seem to work otherwise. I do like the idea, and may get another one of a higher quality.

This is a compact electric grill that even though they say is for indoor I used it outdoors. I only used the top part and it worked decent. I thought that it was going to be better. I don’t care for the little trays that came it it. For the bottom rack as they had some protective film that I couldn’t remove entirely I will not be using those. Overall it works!

Can cook on top and the bottom. Great for camping and outdoors or even at home to make a meal quicker and less messy i dis experience a lot of smoke when first used but went away over time. There was a slight smell at first but went away over time.
