It arrived when it was supposed to and everything was fine, but it needs to be restrung or something because all notes held on the first fret are the exact same as being held on the second.     • What strings go where?

First of all, I know nothing about these things so if I seem a little ignorant, y' all shouldn't surprised. The most critical thing is that the clear/white ukulele strings come together in a single bag. They are not labeled but they appear to be of different widths for different notes. These strings are supposed to go in different places on the ukulele and I haven't a clue which is which. Picture judging the widths of different different fishing lines and y' all get an idea of how this works. At this point I am totally stumped. The workmanship of the wood isn't too bad but some screw holes weren't in the right place and I had to sort of guess where to put some of them. The directions for the building of the ukulele were very basic and, as seen above, were not all that useful especially with the strings. From the moment I took it out of the box the tuning gears do not stay in tune. I’ll hang onto it for the kids to use but I was not impressed especially after all the great reviews. I highly recommend no one getting this ukulele.
