Felt the difference in 5 days exactly a bit pricey maybe I should go directly to the company itself but I like the new bottle I have a hip issue and was told I was rubbing bone on bone but today is the 6th day and I feel much better

I am quite sensitive to drugs, and after about 3 weeks of taking this I had to give up taking it. I noticed no improvement in my knees, which were actually made worse by gaining about 6lbs extra weight. I also suffered heartburn, alternating diarrhea / constipation and bloating. 10 days after stopping taking it, I am feeling better and have lost the extra weight. Still some heartburn / indigestion , but bloating and stomach upsets have gone. ... show more

I have never had a vitamin help me moreso than this one. The only supplement I ever "felt" working. I'm a runner and I take it for my knees. I wouldn't be able to run without Joint.
