So far, so good. I received a series of shots in both knees in September and started taking Stonehenge about 6 weeks ago and my knees are becoming stronger. I am doing things that I have not been able to do. So I will continue with Stonehenge to assist with my treatments. Before I started, I was ready to have surgery, but now my knees are stronger. I am quite sensitive to drugs, and after about 3 weeks of taking this I had to give up taking it. I noticed no improvement in my knees, which were actually made worse by gaining about 6lbs extra weight. I also suffered heartburn, alternating diarrhea / constipation and bloating. 10 days after stopping taking it, I am feeling better and have lost the extra weight. Still some heartburn / indigestion , but bloating and stomach upsets have gone. ... show more

I have never had a vitamin help me moreso than this one. The only supplement I ever "felt" working. I'm a runner and I take it for my knees. I wouldn't be able to run without Joint.
