It’s light weight, Good strong base and hose neck. My only gripe is the retracting clamp for the projector or phone is not as wide as I would like. My projector barely fits and an iPhone with a defender otter box is tight. But still worth the price.

It broke within a few weeks of use. The stand is very flimsy and keeps shaking as the phone is recording due to an unstable base causing the Video to be poor shaky quality.

I used it a few times, the first time it was okay then the problems began. It doesn't hold the phone in place then you have to struggle for down facing videos as the feet of the holder show. You have to find a way to cover them, because if you put the feet far from your video area and you try to stretch the holder, it will simply fall down and the feet will not hold it in place. Also the phone holder part keeps wobbling and it eventually broke down when I was trying to fix the phone. It definitely doesn't cost $29. Now I'm going for a $17 one with better reviews. ... show more

Don’t bother with this. Trying to get the different screwed in parts tight while also adjusting the angles is almost impossible! When tightened it is fairly sturdy, but the stability is so bad. The weight of a small iPhone makes the whole arm shake anytime you touch it. I’ve used it once and Im already looking for a replacement. (Honestly a tall stack of books works better.     • Clamping problems and not great for a heavier phone

The clamping mechanism assumes your phone has no buttons on the side. Or at least enough side area that the clamp can grab onto. That is usually unlikely, making it fairly impractical to use your phone. A heavier phone also has issues not sagging. The build quality is decent though, so has some use.
