It broke 2 days after I couldn't return it, it doesn't suck. worth a darn hair and only dust really doesn't suck up. Little chips of things won't suck up. Fingernail. I know how to clean the cup. I've done it many times... When you try to use it as a handheld air exhaust blows the stuff away before you can suck it up... It's below zero up here in the Northern Minnesota area was too cold and I was too lazy to go to Kohl's for the return. They'd probably turn it away. It was 2 days too late. So now I tape the neck.

Doesn’t hold charge very long so couldn’t clean large area. Also takes a LONG time to charge. However, I love how light it is… I’ve had 2 back surgeries so I can’t lift much or push either. This is so easy for me. It does seem to have good suction in high. And I love that it’s cordless.

For an inexpensive electric broom it has a fair amount of power. It worked for a month, then the filter basket release switch stopped working. After another month it's overheating and shorting itself out. I find myself thinking I'll be replacing it with a Shark soon. It is not durable enough for everyday use.

I love this! Picks up really well, the long cord is nice. It doesn’t work very well or at all on carpet, but it works really really well on tile, wood and basically anything that’s not carpet. It’s lightweight, pretty, and has great attachments, the suction is also really good. However, when I use it, it gets hot. I am not sure why. It does freak me out a little bit because I don’t want it to blow up on me. Otherwise I love this one!

I was expecting a lot less for the price, and was surprised at how much suction this little vac had! It is so light and maneuverable, and works great to do light cleaning. Most of the stick vacs have a motorized head, but for hard surfaces and light pickup this is much easier to use... I highly recommend it! So far I have not run it longer than a few minutes, but battery is performing quite well and I notice no issues on high setting for 5 or 10 minute cleaning jobs.

I loved this vacuum until it suddenly stopped working 2 weeks after the "passed return date". I had it for a month and a half. I didn't even use it very often but one day I turned it on and 3 seconds later it turned off. I had charged it overnight and the indicator said that it was fully charged. I was very happy with it when it worked. It was cordless, light, and had a lot of power. No power now.
