The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love my stepper exercise machine! It's the perfect solution for getting a little exercise in while watching TV. Bought this stepper so I can get my steps in before and after work. It came assembled, with a carpet to place the stepper on top and thr cables. The manual says it may be squeaky bur after using for it almost a week, I didn't have to put oil on it. What I like most about it is that it comes work a counter and timer but after a while, I didn't really pay much attention to it. Can't wait to see results!

Never tried a stepper before, it turned out that this is a decent workout and it’s much better than I though. I lives in a small unit and its size is perfect to be kept in my closet. 30 min cardio a day is what my doctor recommended and this perfectly helped me to achieve that.

Fantastic little, use anywhere, foot and ankle exerciser ... made of nylon fiber. Nylon fiber is basically a silk-like thermoplastic known for it's strength ... so very durable but light weight at the same time. There's not much in the way of a description about this product at this date, and one of the only things mentioned under "material", is "alloy steel". Well, I can't find any steel on this devise, anywhere, but the info that came with the device says it's made of nylon fiber. So there you go. - This is exerciser is light weight, and it has some little "gripping prongs" on the bottom, that look like they should help hold the thing in place as you use it under your desk, or wherever... on a carpet or rug... but they don't really do the job, and I guess that's why a black mesh type silicone mat was included, to put under the thing.... and sure enough, that does the trick... it stays in place nicely, on carpet, when the little mesh mat is put under it. The range of motion is very simple and limited, but it's really all you need... it's meant to be worked, according to the included instructions, with your heels on the ground, and just the rest of your foot on the pedals, basically using the balls of your feet, to press the boards up and down. At first you think it's not much of an exercise, that it seems too easy, but that feeling goes away soon enough, as you can imagine with any repeated movement, you start to feel it working. The instructions show it being used with shoes on, and my wife tried it with her shoes off, so it works well both ways. And I said the mesh mat, that's not shown as being included in the description, but did come with the product, that mat does keep it from moving on carpets/rugs, but I bet it also makes it stay in place on a non-carpeted flooring... that's probably actually what it was for, come to think of it... but I found the little spikes not adequate enough to grip the carpet, so the mesh mat can be used to help when on a carpet, but it's probably meant for a hard floor. Great product.

This stair stepper has been a fantastic addition to my home gym. It's small enough to fit the corner without taking up much space, but it provides a robust workout. The mini stepper is easy to set up and use, with adjustable resistance to tailor the intensity of your workouts. I love that it gives a great lower body workout, especially for the legs and buttocks. It’s also very quiet, so I can use it without disturbing others.

The stepper is small but it really helps do a good job by helping me exercising and keeping my systems running. Since my job is sitting in office chair for most of the time, sometimes my feet get swollen, and just 10 minutes these steppers help my feet feel relaxed. I could work and exercise at the same time now! It’s just the right size to slide under the office desk and doesn’t interfere with anything. And it’s easy to put in bag and take with you anywhere.
