The stepper comes in good packaging and there is nothing much you have to set up but just the strings you have to attach which are of hook type. Since am not a fitness freak I walk in a slow pace and it’s working good. Not sure how it works if you walk with high speed.But my suggestion is good for beginners and this is the best exercise for legs. You can’t expect much from the money we are putting. Like the difference you have between a walking pad and thread mill with support and higher speed . This is the minimalistic stepper , the only feature is adjusting the height of step you want to climb.

I didn’t have time to go to gym so I started with this and as mentioned just removing from package ready for workout and also the pad given is very useful it’s made the machine not to move and I felt more comfortable even in first try. Easy workout

No need to setup. Can be used once I receive it. I use it before sleep while watching some videos. Make the exercise more fun and easy to insist. I will try to use it daily and hope it will help me lose weight and keep healthy.
