The company did an amazing job communicating delivery and arrival of the item! Upon arrival it was perfectly packaged and relatively easy assembly. My husband and I were able to move it! I like stair climbing machines in the gym. Always wanted to have one in my garage. But the price was too high. I couldn't afford one. But with the price of this machine, I could afford and bought one. It works nicely. It even has a safety infrared accident prevention. At first, I was blocking the infrared and the machine didn't work. I thought I bought a junk. I emailed the manufacturer and they replied in a day saying I had to clear the infrared. Top value machine!!!

4.5 stars - the stepper itself is great. I’ve always wanted one for my home gym and this one definitely gets the job done at an affordable price. The only reason it’s not five stars is because the calorie counter is wildly inaccurate (24 calories for 50 minutes of exercise) and there’s not a real manual, just the instructions to put it together. All things I’d read in other reviews and not deal breakers. We did have an issue with delivery. The truck driver was very rude and refused to bring the crate to our front door, dropping it in the middle of our driveway. This review would’ve been 3-stars after that terrible experience but customer service responded right away, agreed the situation was unacceptable, and compensated us to pay someone to lug the 400 lb crate into our house. I would buy more equipment from them in the future.

The actual machine is built extremely solidly. I’m very happy with it. The LED display looks like it’s from the 1990’s, and could definitely use some better design features, but this wasn’t a $10,000 commercial unit, so I’m not complaining. I would buy this again.

This is my very first and possibly last ever review I've submitted on Amazon. I read reviews for almost everything I order, I just never have the time or feel compelled enough to write one myself. That said, this stepper from GMWD is next level awesome. It wouldn't turn on upon assembly which was almost certainly my fault in severing the power wire while bolting down the podium. Thankfully their customer service reps Grace and Lydia had my back and were extremely responsive and helpful. As soon as we diagnosed the issue, they not only sent a replacement wire but also gave me a small credit just...in...case the issue wasn't of my own doing (which it was). Great company to work with and ever since receiving the replacement cord, it has been such a workhorse piece of equipment. My wife and I plus all three kids use it all the time and absolutely love it. I would give the entire experience 6 stars if that were possible!!!
