I like stair climbing machines in the gym. Always wanted to have one in my garage. But the price was too high. I couldn't afford one. But with the price of this machine, I could afford and bought one. It works nicely. It even has a safety infrared accident prevention. At first, I was blocking the infrared and the machine didn't work. I thought I bought a junk. I emailed the manufacturer and they replied in a day saying I had to clear the infrared. The company did an amazing job communicating delivery and arrival of the item! Upon arrival it was perfectly packaged and relatively easy assembly. My husband and I were able to move it! Okay not a lot of reviews on this thing so let me share my thoughts after having it for a month Overall quality is pretty decent - no regrets. If you think of your nice matrix / stair master climber you’d see at a quality gym as a 10, this product is a 7 in terms of smoothness of the step climbing experience. Really good speed range if that’s important to you, it’ll go over 160 steps per minute if you’d like. A couple issues that seem simple so I don’t know why they made it this way: you can’t control the display. For instance it toggles back and forth between steps and calories (and the calories are way off, it says I burn 15 calories for 2K steps). And it toggles between time and something they label “high” which I have no idea what that even is. Id rather it just maintain the steps and time display but that is not an option. You can’t control the step speed from the handles which is kind of a bummer. It also doesn’t count over 1000 steps, so it’ll get to 1000 and then reset to zero which isn’t the end of the world but is kind of annoying. For the price point, this is still a good buy. It’s about $5-$7K cheaper than most comparable products but just be aware of some of those pain points. ... show more

Overall very satisfied. I have only used it once for 30 minutes, but so far I am pretty impressed. Assembly was pretty easy. Machine is suprisingly quiet and is pretty smooth. I can watch videos on my phone while on the machine and the machine is not noisy at all. Only complaint is the plastic steps do flex a little bit in the center but I am 270 pounds so that is understandable. I plan on using this machine 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Will update review in a few months for a longer term review. One thing to add is the shipping company(Pilot Freight Services) they use for freight is not the best. Came 5 days later than the estimate. Tracker never updated. Shipping company had zero communication. I was one day away from getting a refund from Amazon then the delivery driver showed up with no prior communication. They were supposed to call ahead of time to verify that I would be at my house. However the shipping company does not reflect the product itself or product quality, so as of now I would still rate it 5/5 stars. Will update after a few months of regular use. Update- Machine Still going strong after almost a year. Paint is bubbling in some areas and some minor rust spots are starting to show. The paint and hardware are not very rust-resistant. All in all it still functions without any functional flaws and as of now the rust is just cosmetic. ... show more

The actual machine is built extremely solidly. I’m very happy with it. The LED display looks like it’s from the 1990’s, and could definitely use some better design features, but this wasn’t a $10,000 commercial unit, so I’m not complaining. I would buy this again.

    • Free Shipping? I got an 82.00 shipping bill later. Now its 1, 248.24

I got an 82.00 Shipping bill in which is says it would send to the company. They trying to make me pay for it when it says free shipping after purchasing the machine. I been so busy as I work full-time and a student full time, I forgot about it, and now they sent it to collections asking me to now pay $1,248.24 which is insane!!!!!! How the hell you go from 82 dollars to 1k? Crazy. I will be pissed if this is on my credit report. I need some assistance with this asap! Fedex delivered it and wouldn't even bring it into the apt building. I had to get 2 men to help me get it into the apartment building which wasn't that difficult if he had the proper equipment for the machine. I understand he couldn't put it in the home for me, but he could have at least got it into the apt building. He didn't want to was the issue. If it's not free shipping, it should say that and not bill the customer later for shipping. I would have paid it when I bought it or at least the heads up would have been appreciated. The machine itself is good, although I don't like that it doesn't have a pause button, u just have to step off of it to stop it, but it is a pretty good machine for the most part. ... show more

Works great! Just a little complicated with the screen. It won't pause your work. Once you pause it, it deletes everything and makes you start over in regards to calorie /step count
