Edit: this table is up and running again! The manufacturer/seller Alex from SkinACT reached out to me after seeing my initial review that the table remote had stopped working. He sent over a replacement part within a few days of being in contact and I was able to install the replacement part successfully. Thank you for being responsive, the initial issue was unfortunate but the customer service was fantastic and I can always appreciate a business working hard to "make it right".

Absolutely love this bed. The price was great and it's better than some of the earthlites I've used. Motor is super quiet as well. The headrest is a deluxe quality. I would highly recommend.

I have had this table for two years but only been able to use it for one year because I had to change facilitates. In one year I have already had to replace the remote, the power box and now have to replace the box again when I just got one in August. The table itself is sturdy but the power cords are trash. I would not recommend this product to anyone. If your warranty is out elect to pay for new cords and power boxes every few months.

The Table is extremely hard and the fusion thickness is no where near 5 inches. It's deceiving by the pictures. If you are looking at it from the side it appears to be thick. But it's hollow underneath. And then you have the board up against the underside of the cushion. The thickness of the cushion is actually closer to 2 inches thick. I have a massage table that's electric from a different company that is 3 inches of thickness and that table is twice as soft as this one. I had to add a padded table warmer and a padded table cover to make it to where this table was usable. So one again after going through the ordering process and what it would take to return this table and wait for a new one I can't do running a business. Now the room is being used. So just be warned THIS TABLE IS ONLY 2 INCHES THICK OF PADDING. YOU SEE IN MY PICTURE UNDERNEATH THAT WHITE BAR IS 2 INCHES THICK. THATS FLUSH AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TABLE.

I purchased this electric massage table over a year ago and the motor just stopped working. The 1-year warranty had expired a few months ago and I thought that I would have to buy a new motor. I called customer service and she was very sympathetic to my situation since I run a massage business in Santa Barbara, CA, and need the table to work. The gal at the customer service center offered to send me a new motor and cover the shipping. NO CHARGE! WOW! I received the motor in 2 days and it was a simple install. I highly recommend this company because they stand behind their products and care about their customers. EXCELLENT Co. to do business with!

The table works well but it's advertised at 30 inches wide. If you look closely at the dimensions it says 29". The actual table we received measures 28 inches.
