I installed the pressure hose into the machine, locked it in with slide lock devise on machine, to fully assemble the unit. Not needing to use it then went to remove this pressure hose but it will not come out. Contacted customers no satisfaction. Said to call someone else

I’ve used it several times now—for washing my car, cleaning the patio, and even rinsing off muddy outdoor furniture—and it works great every time. The water pressure is spot on: powerful enough to lift off stubborn dirt, but not so strong that I worry about damaging anything. I was honestly surprised by how fast it got everything clean. The media could not be loaded. This pressure washer definitely very powerful . I’ve used it on many different things, such as my car, or the sideways of my house, and it cleaned off all the dirt and grime that’s hard to remove with other methods. The adjustable nozzle makes cleaning in different ways very easy, as it can spray wide, or concentrate into a singular point, and the length of its hose allows me to move freely without much issue.
