The chair came in a huge box (pre assembled) which was nice, save for the fact that it was so poorly packaged that it bounced around in there and the wheels came off and where scattered everywhere. It came with no documentation, no instructions and lets be real, who needs them for a chair? but also this thing AINT CHEAP and at this point I'm starting to believe this is a knock off. The stitching is crooked as hell, and not even remotely even, with loose threads sticking out. The chair squeaks and creaks already. The whole thing save for a few parts is made of plastic (granted very thick plastic) but at 1800 bucks it should have been cast aluminum. The arms have no way to lock them in place so you are constantly having to re-adjust them after they inevitably move off to the side when you lean on them. Lets put things in context, is this chair way better than a cheap one from amazon? yes is it 1800$ better? Hell no i'd say this is a 650$ chair. while many people have shown these chairs to last for a long time I'm simply not impressed with the quality of workmanship for the cost, I cant speak for longevity. ... show more
