Fantastic Refurbished Steelcase Amia Chair by Officelogix
I recently purchased a refurbished Steelcase Amia Chair from Officelogix through Amazon, and I couldn't be more delighted with my purchase. The chair arrived in great condition, and I'm thoroughly impressed by the quality of both the refurbishment and the service provided by Officelogix. The chair came partially assembled, making the installation process a breeze. It took me just a few minutes to complete the setup, and I was sitting comfortably in no time. The convenience of the partial assembly allowed me to avoid the hassle of a lengthy installation, which was a big plus. The first thing that struck me was the chair's impeccable condition. It looked almost brand new. The casters were brand new, providing smooth and effortless mobility across various floor surfaces. The new arm pads were not only comfortable but also added to the chair's aesthetic appeal. The high-quality new black fabric covering the chair was not only visually appealing but also felt extremely comfortable. One of the most significant advantages of purchasing a refurbished chair from Officelogix was the incredible savings. I compared the price of this refurbished chair with the cost of a new one, and the difference was substantial. This was a genuine steal, especially considering the high quality and pristine condition of the chair. The shipping process was remarkably fast, and the chair arrived well-packaged and without any damage. I appreciated the care taken to ensure that my purchase arrived in perfect condition. I did have one question regarding the chair's tilt function, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service provided by Officelogix. I gave them a quick call, and they were able to answer my question promptly and effectively. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and it left me with a positive impression of their company. In conclusion, my purchase of the refurbished Steelcase Amia Chair from Officelogix exceeded my expectations in every way. It is a high-quality, cost-effective solution for those in need of a comfortable and stylish office chair. If you're in the market for a chair that offers both comfort and value, I highly recommend this refurbished option. Kudos to Officelogix for their outstanding service and exceptional product quality.

Don't buy here
I like the chair, nothing really special though. It could be the refurbishment as I have not sat in a new one to compare. After a little over 2 months I had what appeared to be a shock failure but turned out to be a major scoring of the shock shaft which caused the seat to wedge on the shaft. I cleaned that up and now it worked. Then I ran in to seat staples protruding half way into the foam padding of which when I pushed down on the seat pad, so I could move myself around in the seat, the staple stabbed my hand. I will be redoing the seat fabric shortly as and inch long stable should not be necessary. I expect a refurbishment to be just that but not with these obvious issues. How hard is it to replace material and not mar up the shock surface.

Good but SQUEAKY
Looks like a steelecase, feels like a steelecase, sounds like an old squeaky no-name office chair. My other steelecase I bought new from manufacturer never make such noise, not even after 10 years of use.
