I was very excited to get this, tried it on 2 surfaces and it did nothing to clean either surface. Very disappointed. I think steam only does well with industrial type equipment. I packed it up and sent it right back. It may disinfect due to the hot steam but it certainly does not CLEAN!

Very disappointed. Has a weak steam flow and grout brush will not last long. When paying $100 for a machine everything should work and attachments should last longer than one time.

This steam mop has two rotating cleaning heads. It was easy to assemble. It is fairly lightweight.I found the steam and the power of the rotating heads to both be too weak to clean effectively. If you just want it for the disinfection factor, you might be satisfied.
