The media could not be loaded. Ok well it worked pretty good on my linoleum flooring I don't know if you could tell in the video I posted with it but it's a very high traffic area right there in that little spot and it gets very dirty and so I use the steam mop on it of course I did spray something down on the floor as well to help get that hard stuck dirt up and I don't know if you can tell in the video or not but it did pretty pretty good I'm I was pleasantly surprised and still am how well it actually picked up the dirt. Now it is kind of noisy when you first turn it on I guess as the water is heating I kept hearing this clicking sound but after a few minutes or a couple minutes at least the clicking sound went away and the steam started pouring out that's because I had the setting turned up on high by accident so there's a knob there that you can adjust the the amount of steam you want coming out I guess depending on the job you're doing in this case I did want it up on high because the floor was kind of dirty. It's really easy to use it gives you the measuring cup so you know exactly how much water you're putting in you don't want to overfill the tank and you definitely want to let it cool after you turn it off and unplug it before you put it up is that water does get quite hot. It has quite a few attachments with it for just about any job you would use a steamer for and it's got a nice long cord so it's got decent portability. It's lightweight even with the water in it which makes it easier for moving around with it. Overall I like it I'll probably be using it for my flooring and possibly out in the engine of the car to get that clean they got the right nozzles for it that came with it but I think it does a great job and certainly worth in my opinion with her selling it for I think it's a pretty decent value because it did pick up that dirt rather quickly and that's what I was wanting and that's what I got. ... show more
