The media could not be loaded. This is my second folding ladder. The first one constantly pinched my fingers and cut my fingers. This ladder is built so much better. I have not had a pinched finger. This ladder is also better made in that it is heavy duty aluminum. It's not so heavy you cannot carry it, but it just feels more sturdy than my previous one. This ladder is perfect to use when you need to work on stairs, or your raised deck. I have even used it to replace my 6 foot step ladder. I highly recommend this ladder. ... show more

This ladder will work for almost all of your occasional home needs. I'm 6'1" and 280# and I don't feel like I'm "teetering" on it, even when I'm at the top. At the price, it's well worth it for the 1/2 dozen times a year I need something taller than a 2 step stepladder. Great investment.

This is the sturdiest ladder I have ever used! In a-frame mode, adjusting each side independently for stairways is very nice! The mechanisms work decent, just make sure you don't have the weight of the ladder against them.
