The ladder itself is very sturdy and is around $30-$50 cheaper than the equivalent little giant ladder and I can't tell a difference in quality. Just really bugs me that companies advertise a ladder as 13ft and it only reaches a max extension of 10 ft 9 inches. Why not just say it's a 10.5 ft ladder? People who need a full 13ft ladder are going to notice that its not 13ft so why even advertise it as that? Just makes no sense why you'd label a product as something that is has no ability to do. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is my second folding ladder. The first one constantly pinched my fingers and cut my fingers. This ladder is built so much better. I have not had a pinched finger. This ladder is also better made in that it is heavy duty aluminum. It's not so heavy you cannot carry it, but it just feels more sturdy than my previous one. This ladder is perfect to use when you need to work on stairs, or your raised deck. I have even used it to replace my 6 foot step ladder. I highly recommend this ladder. ... show more

This is the sturdiest ladder I have ever used! In a-frame mode, adjusting each side independently for stairways is very nice! The mechanisms work decent, just make sure you don't have the weight of the ladder against them.

Well made, but missing much needed place to put paint or tools. Also the steps on it are very narrow and hurt your feet while working. No support to your back since your unable to lean since your above the ladder itself.
