This is one tool that is so important and when you work doing construction, is priceless to have it, we had a different before but it wasnโt very stable and it was a pain to make it work with the different ladders my husband has, but this one is so easy to use and to install. Excellent, a strong and precise non slip tool. I chose this because I wanted to use an A frame ladder as well as an extension ladder on staircases, plus this ladder leveler has storage so I can put some tools inside, is very versatile, I can use it as a platform also to hold a can of paint itโs incredible all you can do. Ladder safety is important and this is a well made easy to operate product that stabilizes the ladder on unlabeled ground, it supports up-to 500lbs. Overall strongly made, multifunctional, easy to install and removed. Perfect, worth the $$$ to work safely. Recommended

If you are working on stairs, or a roof, you need this tool. I have been a painter for over 15 years, this tool is invaluable. Works great, worth every penny.

Pros is this is very well made. I have a very heavy 24' fiberglass ladder, and I am 200 pounds, so the couple of times it was useful it didn't crack and felt very solid. The con is it really does not work as pictured when trying to use an exention ladder on somewhat unlevel areas. Problem is the ramp is too steep and the leveler only becomes helpful when your ground is 4" or more unlevel. Did not try it a pictured indoors on stairs or when using a ladder on a second story pitched roof.

This product is perfect for using a ladder on sloping ground. Mine is for use with my 28 ft extension ladder to allow me to work on my home's exterior walls with my adjacent sloping yard. Can be used instead of more permanent type "leveling feet" which are added to one of a ladder's vertical rails. Can also use these on shingled roofs, just be careful not to damage your shingles
