Everything looks and feels great after the installation. Not anything complicated. We need to swap out the given nails with nuts and bolts instead. The original nails, when installed, will make the headrest very wobbly. So I figured I try to tighten it with bolts and nuts instead, and now it works perfectly.     • Good standard replacement headrest
The bolts/screws that were sent with the headrest didn't work for my chair. Luckily I had some on hand that worked to secure the headrest to my chair.

    • Save your money
The height adjustment is very weak and flimsy. Gently resting your head makes the head rest click down so it's very uncomfortable and unreliable. The other reviews seem to be about a completely different product - a typical bait and switch product sku.

    • Worst design ever. No way to attach easily.
This is the worst product ever. They thought of no logical way to attach it with some clap mechanism other than to drill directly into the back of plastic And just assume that it’s gonna work great. This is a terrible design.

Mounts easily with a drill and screw you need to supply.....has multiple setting points that allow a quick nap or "heads up" for TV....great design with essentially no mass to intrude the shoulders or neck or head....place it right...it will do you right...but place it right!
