My favorite chair. Bought this again when our new puppy ate the last one we had had for five years. On the lowest setting it slides perfectly under my kitchen counter desk. Smooth rolling and comfortable.

The chair is extremely uncomfortable after a full week of use. There is no lumbar suppport and the part that hits you mid-back seems to lean forward so you don't feel you're fully in the seat, even with a back pillow. Several people in my office concur. Be sure to use the chair for a couple of weeks before you toss the packing and paperwork. Unfortunately, I waited too long and am now "stuck". At least it wasn't expensive. ... show more
