This was a little small once the inflatable part was to be inserted. I definitely recommend sizing up a full size for this costume.

The item shipped fast , was as described. The wife and I looked pretty amazing. It did however fit a bit small on me and the inflatable shoulders..well me and those things were not fitting inside that outfit. I am a rather large shouldered man and I think just hearing my wife laugh at me trying to get into the outfit with those things on was worth the money. We were so excited about this costume because of how unique it was. However, the shoulder pads didn’t stay inflated because it had a slow leak, so it defeated the purpose of the “shrunken head”. It was very cheaply made. The material was paper thin and the pants would not stay on. The forehead part of the wig was another disaster. Great idea. For the cost it was worth it, but the lapel was falling apart and the shoulders wouldn't inflate. Still happy with it because we only paid $50. The costume comes with a wig that needs some work. We used hair spray to fluff it up. Also, be careful with sizing. It says one size fits all , but when we opened the package it was labeled as a medium. ... show more

We got the xl. He normally wears an xl shirt. I had to deflate the shoulder pads some to make it wearable because he’s dead set on wearing this thing. But it’s definitely to small. He’s 5’9’’ and 115-220lb. Material is crap too.
