    • A Decent Workout for an Older Person
We bought this to help with flexibility and muscle strength. We are an older couple. EZ to get on/off. Does a decent job for the money we paid. A Pelaton it Ain't. :0) But, we didn't want to invest a ton of money into something we may not use. But, we think it is going to work out nicely for our morning routine. We use a rebounder, exercise bands and now have added the Easy/Row - all while watching morning news. The computer is CRAP - directions for use are useless. So, we forget about it and just row for 15-20 minutes instead. Not worth the hassle of trying to figure it out. Let's just say it is not 'intuitive' and definitely not easy to program. The machine works ok and that was what we were after. Will revise later if our opinion changes. Right now it rates 4 stars. ... show more

Brought the machine for my 82 year old mom. She got the hang of it quickly and uses every day for about 15 minutes. Very sturdy and has a nice looking design. The computer for setting time is horrible. She or I cant even figure out how to use it to set the timer. P.S. Installation was quick and easy. ... show more

everthing so far fine but only problem is foot peddle strap. junk wont hold feet in it so i dont use it had other machines were lot better on foot strap might want look in to that

I love it. Now I can work my arms and legs at the same time. I can also can adjust the tension. Love it!! 1/14/21 This is an update. I still love the machine, but I am frustrated because the monitor keeps resetting in the middle of my workout. I’ve emailed Stamina Products on January 7, 2021 and I’m still waiting for an acknowledgement of my email and a response to my question. ... show more

Recently had reconstructive femor surgery. The rower was easy to get on and off and provided enough of a range for rehabilitation exercise.

I am in my 60s and keep very active. This rower is a nice supplement to an upper body workout. I find no negatives to this piece of equipment. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy and unproblematic. It is not a rower for someone who wants a serious long row to build up stamina. But for 10-20 minutes of cardio and building upper body strength it’s a wonderful addition to the regimen. ... show more
