I use this one time and it does not work. I plug it in. I have it set for an hour, and light keeps going off. the light keeps going off, it won’t heat enough up to create the steam to clean amount of money.

Update - so I recently wrote the below review. Shortly after it posted the seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement. A few days later I received the replacement. It works properly and the trigger lock works. I am very satisfied with their response. I am still concerned that there is no warranty information available on the order page, in the instruction manual or at their store site but I have a working product so I am four star satisfied. Warranty info would bump it up to 5 stars but for now I have been treated properly. Originally this steam cleaner worked well. Now, two days after the return window closed the trigger lock does not work. I am unable to contact the seller and when I click on the links to report an issue or to find out warranty info nothing happens. There is zero product support after the 30 day window. Save your money and buy a different model, one where the seller backs the product for more than 32 days.

Is good in size, good cord length good steam quality. You do have to clean the surface before you steam clean unlike my steam mop. and you do it to refill the water pretty often you have to wait till it cools down refill it way to heat up is a little inconvenient. I ended up just buying a steam up instead, but if you need something small compactible enough for small area this is perfect. Just wasn’t what I needed.

I really wanted to love this handheld steam cleaner. It worked perfectly the first time I used it – powerful steam, easy to handle, and did a great job on my windows. However, when I went to use it again after coming back from an extended trip, it just will not work. It turns on for a short period of time and then dies. No matter what I tried, it seems completely unusable. Unfortunately, I missed the return window because I was out of town for several weeks and didn’t get a chance to test it again until after that period. I was really hoping this product would be a reliable tool, but it seems like I got a defective unit. I’m hoping the company sees this review and offers some assistance. I’d love to resolve this issue because I was impressed with its performance at first, but now it’s unusable.
