I’d like to start by saying that this is a wonderful improvement to our bedroom. But I know everybody wants to know about assembly. It’s very easy. I got a split king which is two individual twin XL’s. I did the first one after work in about an hour and a half. I did the second one on the next night in an hour. I was in no particular rush either time If you’ve ever put together a pack of Legos and changed the oil in your car you are more than qualified. The parts are big and heavy and take a bit to negotiate but that’s it. it’s all very straightforward and the little bit that must be said is very well written with pictures to boot.

I received the adjustable bed frame and the control box that connects to the motors is defective and the bed won't adjust most of the time. Sometimes it will work if the remote is within 6 inches of the box and you hold it in the perfect place. I contacted the seller and they claimed they sent a replacement part, but they just gave me a bogus tracking number for something else that was shipped from China to California. I live over 2000 miles away from there. Then they said they shipped a new one via Fed Ex and gave me a tracking number, but the tracking number only ever said label created and they were waiting for the package from the seller. Then the seller claims all packages were lost and that I should drive to a random post office in California over 2,000 miles away to pick up a package. It is obviously a scam and they never intended on shipping me anything to fix the bed frame. It has been almost a month and a half and nothing has been resolved. I have reported the seller to Amazon. They are just trying to make it appear that they are doing something so Amazon doesn't blacklist them as a seller. If you have any issues with your order or you receive a broken/defective product like me it will not be resolved! Buyer beware!

Works great. Purchased 2 of these with twin XL mattresses. Remotes work well, and works as advertised. Be ready to spend some putting then together. It wasn't hard but somewhat tedious.

I’m very happy with the product . It is very well made . When you first open box and look at instructions it can be alittle intimidating. If you can build a model car as kid then you can put this together , it’s really very simple . My advice is lay the part out like instructions say then step back and go over the whole instruction booklet and study the parts and we’re all bolts go for a day or two before you actually start putting together you will fill much more comfortable about it . HELP for 2star rating by "not amazing” I had a similar problem on the foot assembly of 2nd frame .Mine was last extension that flexes up and down to raise or lower foot panel . In my tools I have set of pry bars , I got one that was about 16 inches long and can’t remember were I had to pry on that piece but took me about 10 minutes to figure out were to pry at ( trial and error) then found right place and had to put little bit of pressure on pry bar till holes lined up got it started and had to maneuver pry bar some to get bolt through second hole but it went in . I was worried that it might not work full motion of up and down but it’s working fine 2 months later . Hope this helps you !!

When we started putting this together we thought it would be a good height. Once we set it up we realized just how short it was. Had to buy some risers to bring it up close to where our bed was originally. Seems to work good and haven’t had any other issues.

Ordered beds Sept 27th, 2024. Put together on Oct 16th, 2024 and the head of bed motor has already burned up a wk ago! Seller is just sending me empty attachments, changing what he says sometimes a couple of times a day. They keep asking for pictures, videos then pictures then said they sent a motor over 2 wks ago then said no they didn't. Horrible, horrible!!!! Don't ever purchase from this company!!!!! And it was just under $600!!!
