Pros: - charges quickly thanks to USB-C - comes with a pad to use for the suction part which I like - Strong magnet, your phone is not going to fall off the charger when hitting bumps or potholes - USB-C charging (both pro and con) Cons: - Suction is good but sometimes it comes off even when attached to the suction pad provided, I believe this has to be due to the heat. - USB-C, I didn't have any USB-C charger in my vehicle so I had to spend extra to get a converter for my cars USB-A to USB-C to use with this, but its works well once converted. - Arm is too short, even at full extend, but I see why it is that way because the suction wouldn't be able to handle the weight if it was longer. - My dashboard doesn't have much flat surface on it and the only flat surface is closer to where the windshield meets the dashboard. This posses two problems, first the charger ends up being in direct sunlight when I have to park my car outside and gets really hot. The arm is short so my phone just barely fits without hitting the windshield. - When I use this I have to turn the A/C on in my car and set the setting to defrost so that the air from my defrost vents hits the charger to cool down the device or else my phone and the charger would over heat very quickly. Now this could be a personal issue with my vehicle and may not be with anyone else. If you are a Iphone user like I am and have been using an iphone for sometime you know how much they love to get hot and overheat especially went using the wireless charger. A couple of improvements I can think of, is to have some kind of heat disbursement to help keep devices from over heating, have a better suction, and extend the arm more. If this is done right then this would be an amazing product.

It fell off the windshield while sitting in my garage in the heat, but otherwise it stayed on the windshield and even on incredibly bumpy backroads the phone stayed attached to the device, which was my biggest concern. I don't have an iPhone with the MagSafe feature; I have a Samsung S22 Ultra with a MagSafe compatible Pitaka case. Having my expensive phone flying around the interior of my truck was a fear that I had to overcome but I'm glad that I did. When I have Waze or Google Maps running the entire time the charger keeps the phone at about the same level it was at when I started, it does not go down. After a 2 hour drive it was up 1% over what it was when I left, so the charger is good enough. There is no super-fast wireless charging available and I knew that going in, so this is no surprise and not a fault of the mount. If I connect a wired super-fast charger the phone will be at 100% charge at the end of this 2-hour commute. I highly recommend this mount if you have either a MagSafe or compatible phone and case. It is better than having the phone mounted on a vent which in my case is always blocking my view or the accessibility of something in my Tundra pickup truck. This keeps the phone up and out of the way for me. I highly recommend this product based on the past week of usage. I'll update this review if my opinion changes.

First off, it works and will hold your phone on bumpy roads. Or it CAN, my phone is in a Dbrand grip case which is magsafe certified or whatever, and it works fantastic for me, my wife has some "magsafe" case from amazon and her phone slipped off very easily. So we bought her some random chinese mount that said the magnets were super strong, maybe it said 20lbs or something, and now her phone never falls off, but that one doesn't charge her phone. So why don't these decent companies like Spigen just bump up the strength of their magnets a bit and we could all be happy.

I have used several mounts over the years for different phones. The last one being a mount that included wireless charging for my XS Max. That mount was very obtrusive and bulky. This mount, even though it says it is for a dashboard, comes with a metal plate with strong adhesive on the back that allows you to mount it to other surfaces, such as a center console. The stand itself mounts securely with suction on top of the metal plate. The charger itself provides enough amperage to permit the phone to still charge while using navigation software and streaming music. I have seen and used other mounts that did not provide enough output to actually charge the phone while using it with multiple apps open. I also like the fact that the extension will allow it telescope in and out and thereby will allow you to position it for an optimal view relative to the height of the driver. Extremely well constructed. I would definitely recommend.

Attached to my windshield and it's holding on strong over a year later. The adhesive on the item seems good so far and the magnetic connection to the phone works quite well. Easy to connect the phone and remove it. No issues with charging my iphone13 although it is slower than my home charger.
