Ordered in January and used it a total of 5 months because I didn't use it when it was nice enough outside to walk. However, it randomly started abruptly stopping during walks and shaking, causing me to fall the first time it happened. I reached out to product support to report it. Still will give it 2 stars because it's a good size and low noise level when it did work. UPDATE - The seller got back to me and told me to email a video of what was happening to troubleshoot it but the problem was not fixable. They then made it right and refunded me. Updating my review to 4 stars because it was really nice while it worked and the size/weight was perfect for tiny spaces and the customer service was good.

OMG as soon as I received this product I opened it up and started using it. Let me tell you one of the best things I ever purchased for my myself. I do alot of sitting down do to my job and now I can walk and move my legs while working now with this awesome walking treadmill. I keep it under my desk and it's easy to storage away and doesn't take to much space. I love that it has the 3 in 1 app and also the vibration mode if you want to relax your muscles after enough walking or running. The motor on it is not loud either so you can still work and do your phone calls. I am SOOOO Happy I brought this Walking treadmill because I can easily move it any where I go.

I bought this walking pad because I wanted to stay more active at home, and I’m honestly in love with it. It’s super easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and I can slide it right under my bed when I’m done. What I really like is that it’s very quiet, so I can walk while watching TV or even late at night without bothering anyone. The vibration feature was a nice surprise too it actually helps relax my legs after walking. The app works great and keeps track of my steps and calories, which keeps me motivated. Since working a remote job, I noticed that I had been living a very sedentary lifestyle which evidently has many negative side effects. I decided to get this walking pad treadmill as a remedy which seemed like a convenient solution as it would allow me to get some movement in while completing my work tasks. Setting it up was very easy to do and the instructions were straightforward to follow. My first impressions were that it doesn't take up a lot of space, it is very lightweight and quiet while in use, and easy to move around or store away when I'm done. Since I live in an apartment with limited space and neighbor's downstairs, these were all key features that I was looking for and this one delivered on all those aspects. While not ideal for fast runs, it is great for walks and light jogging. My favorite feature is that various metrics can be tracked while connected to the app. This helps me monitor my progress and reach my fitness goals.
