Description

When your days are filled with movement—whether that’s running, walking, training, or just staying on your feet—you need an insole that keeps up. The Spenco Cross Trainer Insole is designed to make every step feel more comfortable by addressing the issues people feel most: pressure, fatigue, and instability during high‑impact activity. The lightweight Polysorb® foam delivers cushioning right where you need it, helping absorb impact and reduce pressure on your heel and arch. The added SpenCore® heel pad softens heel strike, while the forefoot crash pad gives you extra cushioning through the entire footstrike, helping you stay comfortable longer. The deep heel cup helps keep your feet centered and supported, which can make movement feel steadier and more controlled. Metatarsal support helps take pressure off the ball of your foot, and the soft arch support provides structure without that stiff, “too hard” feeling some insoles have. With the first ray drop zone encouraging a smoother toe‑off, your stride feels more natural with less strain. Day‑to‑day comfort details matter, too. The low‑friction top cover helps reduce irritation, while Silvadur odor control treatment helps provide enhanced odor control to keep the orthotic feeling fresher, keeping the insole fresher over time. With a sized design that usually needs minimal trimming, this insole easily fits into your routine—and your shoes.

  • Highly recommended if you are on your feet all day.
Size: Women's 9-10.5/Men's 8-9.5 Style: Regular Width
These were recommended from my sports med Dr. & have been a game changer for my feet & legs. I would suggest wearing them for about an hour your first day, a cpl hours the next day then try a full day until your feet get used to the arches.

  • Great buy!
Size: Women's 5-6.5/Men's 4-5.5 Style: Regular Width
I am really happy with these inserts! I bought a pair of white sneakers—they’re really trendy with a huge heel. The smalledt they came in is a size 6 and I am a size 5/5.5. These inserts helped make the shoes more snug. The bonus is a little bit of arch support and comfort support, as you know fashion chunky shoes can be really uncomfortable. They’re really all for the look. I am so glad I got these inserts to make the shoes wearable. I tried the inserts in my regular day-to-day sneakers (cheap Amazon brand for $20, they look like Nikes HAHA) and these inserts do not work. It made my heels stick up too high for the sneakers to stay on properly. Bummer cuz I totally would have bought another pair! I think these inserts work best for shoes with high walls for the heels (which my white platform sneakers do have) and the heel has to be sturdy fabric/material. Not stretchy or bendy, like slip on ones ... show more

  • Why I love this specific product from Spenco
Size: Women's 9-10.5/Men's 8-9.5 Style: Regular Width
I have been using this brand and this specific product for many years. I have tried others, and they don't compare. I have fallen arches and some osteoarthritis on the top of my foot. Too much arch support for fallen arches can be uncomfortable.

  • Pain Relief
Size: Women's 9-10.5/Men's 8-9.5 Style: Regular Width
I had problems with my feet and went to a podiatrist to see what was wrong. He said I had plantar fasciitis trying to get started. He recommended that I purchase these to help relieve the pain. They have worked wonders. My feet don’t hurt anymore. I had so much pain in the heal and arch that when I walked across the floor it was pure agony. That is now gone. Take it from someone that has been there it makes an incredible difference. I ordered more for my other shoes and my wife did too. Best money you will ever spend for foot pain. Walk better, feel better and take the pain out. ... show more

  • Returned and got better replacement
Size: Women's 7-8.5/Men's 6-7.5 Style: Regular Width
The box was opened and the item had been opened and was not wrapped. It was returned by someone before me. I was disappointed because I think it it a good product. But I won't use returned items that have been passed on to the next customer. Update: When they sent a replacement the box was still beat up but closed thank fully. I found the material easy to cut with scissors to fit my pair of shoes. The support is good, not that squishy blue gel stuff, but regular firm insert support. ... show more

  • Fantastic fit, great shoe life extender, phenomenal value
When it comes to running, you simply cannot take enough care of your feet. If you are an avid runner, you probably are going through a pair of shoes every 3-4 months (~350 miles). It is also true that each of us have our own favorite shoe (and swear by them!). However, I was having issues with my trusty shoes that was causing very painful metatarsal pain on every run over 6 miles. I must have ordered and tried half dozen different shoes and none of them had the fit and cush I prefer. I was tempted to buy another pair of the same shoes, but $120 every couple months amounts to about $500/yr in shoes alone. I then read in an an article by an expert podiatrist saying, basically, most of the wear and tear that matters in running shoes happens to the insole, not the outsole. With this in mind, I began my research for replacement insoles. I read a bunch of several professional reviews as well as getting word-of-mouth advice from my local running club. Of all the alternatives, these Spenco were one of the most liked and fairly inexpensive. After two 10+ mile runs, I can safely say that it was a great decision. Very good heel and arch support and *very* nice metatarsal cushioning. Zero pain or discomfort. \o/ A bit about the fit: I wear wide (EE), size 11 shoes. These insoles slipped right in and fit as if they were molded for it. Incredible, really. That said, if you wear narrower or larger/smaller shoes, you might have to do some manual fitting (i.e. scissors, but this would void warranty and returns) or choose smaller/bigger size. ... show more

  • No more knee pain
Size: Women's 7-8.5/Men's 6-7.5 Style: Regular Width
I have suffered with my knees swelling and hurting so bad that I took ibuprofen every single day at least once. I also had metatarsal pain. I have tried so many insoles to rid myself of pain, but none helped. A friend suggested Spenco months ago but I bought the $60 insoles instead. Didn't work. Last week I bought the Spenco and a new pair of shoes, like my old ones though, and within one day of playing pickleball, I realized my feet didn't hurt. A couple days later, I forgot to wear my braces on my knees when I played and started to panic. But then I noticed my knees were not hurting. When I got home, I could go up the stairs like a normal person. I attribute this to my new Spencos and my new shoes. I really think it's more the Spencos because I switched them to an old pair of shoes and I was still pain free. I'm so happy I got these and I'm getting more today. ... show more
