    • Needs Modification
Valve does not have any affect at all. Cannot adjust air flow. Segmented line leaks air badly. Update: They were nice enough to send me a new one. It still has the same problems so I decided to modify it. I replaced the valve with an elbow, added a fish tank pump and check valve, installed a metering valve in the fluid line, a regulator and air solenoid in the air line. Now I have excellent control, the fluid doesn't syphon back to the tank, and start up is instant. With these modifications it is easily the best mist coolant unit I own. I'm changing my rating just because the seller was actually concerned and tried to help. ... show more

What does warmth , sheerness , thickness have to do with this item ?any Wayne does it’s job only thing that sucks is that the flow control don’t work . I bought two of these and both I can’t control fluid flow . You decide

It is a bit small and needs a air line shut off, the suction filter is very fine and not good with oily coolant.Ok for drill press and small lathe.

Lockline leaks so bad that siphon couldn't happen until full flow at pressure was supplied. Segue to the flow valve that was at minimum, 7/8 full flow. In full lock shut off position. Lots of pretty anodizing inside and out. But basically not functional.

The part blows air correctly but I wish I could control the amount of air a bit better the adjustment screws on top are a little confusing and don't work as well.
