My system works exactly as it should. Both valves adjust as they should. It is a coolant misting unit. Not a flood system. It cools the drills and end mills as it should. I haven't used it on a fly cutter yet, but see no reason why it wouldn't work on that just as well as it does on everything else that I've used it on. Also . . . . I have ZERO leaks. I have not modified the unit in any way. For such a reasonable price on this little sprayer it works very well. Nothing to complain about from my end at all! ... show more

    • Needs Modification
Valve does not have any affect at all. Cannot adjust air flow. Segmented line leaks air badly. Update: They were nice enough to send me a new one. It still has the same problems so I decided to modify it. I replaced the valve with an elbow, added a fish tank pump and check valve, installed a metering valve in the fluid line, a regulator and air solenoid in the air line. Now I have excellent control, the fluid doesn't syphon back to the tank, and start up is instant. With these modifications it is easily the best mist coolant unit I own. I'm changing my rating just because the seller was actually concerned and tried to help. ... show more

It works, but doesn't have the adjustability I'd like to have. Isn't hard to regulate the air coming in, but that's the only adjustment. Turning the nozzle tip doesn't work like every other spray nozzle ever for some reason and you're stuck with the fluid flow solely based on venturi aided siphon. That being said, it will spray water and keep your tool from getting hot and/or clogging. If you're not picky it's a great deal. ... show more

Do not buy this! It is pure junk. The flex line leaks, the coolant pick up line doesn't pick up anything and is only 2 foot long. The jet nozzle does nothing at all and the one adjustment it does have does nothing at all. Its junk!
