These VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support insoles are an absolute game changer. I’m on my feet all day for work, and I used to deal with constant heel and lower back pain. Not anymore. So far I have tried this item and can just say wow, it's superb, please note that if you are someone like me who barely moved into a newer worksite or someone that requires to work longer hours standing it will take some time to adjust. Back then my feet would kill me with the regular soles I had in my shoes but these makes the pain more bearable, it does a good job supporting the arch and the design is pretty well, making you last long as for smell I really haven't noticed it at all.

Sufficient arch support which relieved my heel discomfort. I used the "Red" pair in my Sketchers "max cushion" shoes. I removed the original insoles and replaced them with these supports - no trimming required for my size 12 men's shoe. With this combination, the shoes are very comfortable. I used double faced tape to secure the "Blue" model insoles to my athletic slides, which I use for house slippers. I noticed that the red pair provides a little more cushioning in the arch area of my foot. These insoles are marked for people 210+ lbs but I'm only 180lbs. However, they work great for me. Especially the Red pair when I'm mowing the lawn. If you need heavy duty support and heel pain relief, I would recommend you try the Red pair. Since each person's foot is different, you'll have try various insoles until you find what works for you. Good luck.

This is legitimately the BEST insert I've ever bought. I've had tendinitis for almost 3 months and I'm 280. Been using cheap inserts from walmart for years, they barely do anytbing other than cushion my steps a bit. Switched to these and noticed an immediate difference. Walking around, jumping, I honestly BARELY feel any pain or discomfort. I thought the bend at the arch would be uncomfortable, but it actually makes it more comfortable. They fit perfectly in my shoes. They quite literally work as advertised. They actually slid in my shoes far easier than the floppy ones. Solid 10/10 product

I literally bought these on a whim to try for my plantar fasciitis. I had been buying some others that worked OK but my PF wasn’t doing any better. These inserts have saved my feet! Do not hesitate to get these if you have high arches. My arches are in the 97th percentile for women. That means they’re SUPER high and after 56 years of walking, they are really starting to hurt and I believe they are falling. This has resulted in ball of foot pain and Achilles tendinitis. I bought both the red and the blue insoles because I wasn’t sure which one I would like better. For the price you can’t beat them. The red have higher arch support and more metatarsal cushioning so I recommend those and probably will get another pair. I put them in my sneakers and now I can walk and exercise with zero pain. My knees and back also feel the difference. I put the blue ones in shoes I wear working in the yard. They are not quite high enough for me, but would be for most. I’m not 220 pounds but chunky and these insoles have given me a new lease on life!
