I purchased the Superfeet All-Purpose Support High Arch Insoles (Green) for plantar fasciitis support, and they have been amazing. These are not soft, cushiony insoles — they are firm and structured, which is exactly what you need for proper arch support and foot alignment. The deep heel cup and high arch support provide excellent stability while walking or standing for long periods of time. After using them consistently (along with stretching exercises), I’ve noticed a significant improvement in foot comfort, especially in the mornings. I bought these Superfeet Green insoles specifically for the high arch support, and they do not disappoint in that department. They hold their shape perfectly and provide a very stable base that doesn't collapse under weight. If you need serious structure, these are it. My only wish is that they had a bit more "give" or softness to them. They are quite rigid, which is great for alignment but takes some getting used to if you prefer a plush feel. BUY THEM! YOU WON'T REGRET IT FOR EVEN A MOMENT! BEST INVESTMENT IN YOUR SPINE, KNEES, ANKLES AND SOLE. My mother has spurs and spinal injury and she is 57. I had spinal/neck, nerve injury and we both are using, the moment we shoved our foot into our shoes with this sole we both immediately began walking straighter and with less pain and my mother's spurs isn't killing her leaving her in agony. I purchased these after a SIGNIFICANT amount of research and read the reviews on here with images. There were 2 AMAZING reviewers who made it very clear what you will be receiving and giving guidance based on how low/high your arch is. I purchased bothe the Blue (medium arch) and a Green (high arch) to be sure my mother wouldn't have to wait longer for relief. We both need the Green colored one for high food arches. Another woman reviewed that they are designed a bit differently than the old ones the company sold and that you may need to trip down the length from the toes side and that a bench saw working amazingly great. I have not tried that yet but I am glad she wrote her review because I allowed me to know what to expect. That reviewer along with multiple others stated that this brand is the ones that they had been using for 20 years and that an ortho doctor recommended these to them and they never went elsewhere after these. So my mother and I have already ordered 5 pairs in the past week to keep them in the shoes we use most. I Absolutely Love these inserts! My podiatrist recommended them a couple years back & couldn't believe the difference it makes. They are Pricy, but you get waht you pay for.
