  • Truly the Best Insoles for Foot Pain
Size: Men 9.5-11 / Women 10.5-12
I have been wearing Superfeet Green insoles now for nearly a decade. I have tried other brands, and even other models of Superfeet insoles (blue, berry, copper, and orange), but none of them have worked as well. At least in my experience, the build and quality of these insoles have remained the same every time I have replaced them. I tried these for the first time about 10 years ago when I developed a serious case of plantar fasciitis. It was bad. My job at the time required a lot of walking and my feet just couldn't handle it. Someone recommended that I try Superfeet, and at first I had no idea which of the insoles they make would be best for me. I have very low arches that are borderline flat, so naturally I first tried insoles for my actual foot type. They were ok but didn't really make a difference with my pain. So I decided to try the Green even though it was advertised for high arches. THAT is when I discovered my soul mate was a shoe insole. Everyone is different but let me tell you what to more or less expect if you've never used these before. These are not your typical cushiony, pillowy insoles that make you feel like you're walking on air. These are solid, and the foam is very dense and firm. I can see why this may put some people off; after all, at first feel they seem like they'll only make foot pain WORSE, not better. And truth be told, they DO hurt if you're not used to them. Seems counterintuitive, right? It's important to be aware that this initial discomfort is NORMAL and very common amongst first time users. In the beginning you may feel frustrated for having spent this much on insoles that seem to make the pain worse. But trust me, you NEED to give them time to break in. Your feet are likely not accustomed to this level of support, and yet that's exactly what those feet need. Especially if you have flat feet or low arches. These insoles force your feet into a more arched position which at first feels completely unnatural. But flat and low arches can bring on issues like knee and hip pain from taking on more weight that is more evenly distributed by those with normal arches. So yes, they are uncomfortable at first. You need to ease into them at your own pace. Wear them for an hour a day, then two hours, and so forth, and eventually the pain will not only go away, but you'll be amazed at what a huge difference they make. I use them in my everyday walking shoes as well as my running and trail shoes. No matter what the activity is, these insoles allow me to do it pain free. There are a few things to be aware of though that can't really be changed. Because they are so firm and don't really have any "give" when weight is applied, it COULD potentially change the way your shoe fits. These fit nicely into my medium width shoes as well as my wide fit shoes, but the fit is snug. It also will raise your heel somewhat. I've never found them to raise it so high that the shoe is unwearable though, and my feet still feel secure in the shoe. In fact, this slight heel raise has actually helped me wear shoes I couldn't before because of heel rubbing. These lift my heels just enough so that I no longer have that issue. The one thing I don't like is that these insoles can potentially change the performance of the shoe. For example, I have a great pair of running shoes that have a "springy" heel which feels really great when I do speed runs. But the springy-ness is noticeably dulled when using these insoles. Superfeet make a different insole that is specifically designed for runners, but nothing has been as good as the Green for pain relief and support. And ultimately that's more important to me. Hopefully this information helps you in your insole search quest. Remember, have patience, break them in and don't give up on them the first day. Your aching feet will thank you later and you'll wonder how you survived all this time without them. ... show more

  • Recommended by my podiatrist. Solved foot pain and improved my quality of life!
Size: Men 11.5-13 / Women 12.5-14
I’ve been using these inserts now for two years. They were recommended by my podiatrist. I was having pretty bad foot pain and stiffness, making it difficult to walk at times. My pain is due to really high arches. Even shoes with “arch support” aren’t enough. My podiatrist recommended to try these due to a lower price than having custom orthotics made ($300+). After using daily for a month, I noticed a major improvement. I haven’t had foot pain in almost 2 years now from using these. I have a set for 2 different pairs of shoes and I replace them every 6-8 months depending on use. They are super easy to trim. If this product ever goes away, I will be devastated. I should probably think about stocking up on them just in case! ... show more

  • Worth the money Try them you won't be sorry
Size: Men 5.5-7 / Women 6.5-8
This is my second pair of these. They are great in relieving my planter fasciitis. I always thought inserts should be soft but these are hard and it is amazing how good they feel. I had my first pair for 2 years and could tell they were not as comfy as they were, so moved them to my mowing shoes and put in the new ones in my daily shoes it was instant relief. If you are new to these gradually work into wearing them. It is worth it! ... show more

  • They must be broken in properly, after that they work great!
Size: Men 5.5-7 / Women 6.5-8
These insoles have to be broken in slowly unless you have a high tolerance for pain. Wear for one hour the first day, two hours the second day and three hours the third day until you can handle wearing them all day. You may want to size up on your shoes to allow room for the insoles. I currently wear the Hoka Bondi 8 and I will be ordering up half a size on my next pair to allow more room. I bought these to help with my plantar fasciitis, if you also suffer from plantar fasciitis keep in mind these insoles do help but only do so much, make sure you invest in a good pair of shoes like Hoka’s or Brooks. Ice your foot 3-4 times a day for 5-10 minutes a day and do your stretches and you will feel a difference! I will be purchasing another pair. Once broken in they are very comfortable and help with pain relief. Installing them was super easy. ... show more

  • Eliminated painful inflammation by controlling pronation.
Size: Men 7.5-9 / Women 8.5-10
I order a new set of these inserts every time I replace my sneakers—about every five months or so. Recommended by my podiatrist years ago to correct pronation that was causing inflammation at the ball of each foot. Immediately corrected the issue. Great product. Fits perfectly into my sneaker, don’t have to trim. I remove the inserts that come with the sneakers and replace with Superfeet. No issue with them being too thick. Support is great and redistributes impact from walking 5-6 miles daily. ... show more

  • Not the Best Fit for All-Day Comfort or Ankle Support
Size: Men 9.5-11 / Women 10.5-12
I purchased the Superfeet All Purpose High Arch, Max Cushion insoles for my work boots, expecting the firm support to break in over time. While they do raise the heel and offer some structured arch support, I found the rearfoot area a bit too stiff, it isn’t for someone dealing with an ankle injury. These insoles might work well for some, but if you're on your feet all day and need extra comfort, this version may not be the best choice. I want to try one of the Superfeet more comfortable insoles instead for a softer feel. Hopefully my next pair will be better. Just a heads-up for those in a similar situation. ... show more

  • Kept my feet from hurting
Size: Men 7.5-9 / Women 8.5-10
Bought these last December to change out my old insoles that came in my boots. 9 hours 5 days a week they helped a lot it wasn't until about 6 months later in June that they started getting worn out and I got me another pair. Highly recommend.
