I got these for my heels, wearing them for a long time will hurt, and that is no fun. It worked well, it comes with two colors which is nice for different colors of heels. The adhesive is crazy sticky, it will not budge at all! The only thing with this is that I thought it would be a little bit thicker than it actually is, because once you wear your shoes, it kind of just sinks in. BUT it does make my feet feel a bit more comfortable. I did have to cut them shorter to fit in my heels (with scissors), which kind of sucks but it was easy to do.

I bought the cutest purple goth loafers and then discovered they were a tad too big around the heel and gave me horrible blisters so I bought these and these things are fantastic! They were easy to apply and are still stuck a couple of wears later. I don't anticipate any problems with them coming out.
