I got these for my heels, wearing them for a long time will hurt, and that is no fun. It worked well, it comes with two colors which is nice for different colors of heels. The adhesive is crazy sticky, it will not budge at all! The only thing with this is that I thought it would be a little bit thicker than it actually is, because once you wear your shoes, it kind of just sinks in.
