My lower back pain was significantly reduced, and my feet went from maybe a 7 or 8 pain to around a 6. Good quality and you can trim them, Do it carefully on a wooden cutting board . The insoles are nice and change the feel of my slip on boat/driver type shoes. The do make the heel roll a little bit. im 170 lbs and these may be better for someone 200+ cause i feel a little ungrounded in the heel. Otherwise , these dramatically changed the shoes as their sole was basically cardboard. Great for dress shoes but I wouldnt want to use them in running/sport shoes. ... show more

Having tried many different shoe insoles, I must say, I'm pretty impressed with these Dr. Scholl's Dr. Scholl’s Comfort and Energy Massaging Gel Insoles, Men’s Size 8-14, 1 Pair. They did make my shoes a little tighter, but took the edge off the pressure of my arch. For the price, I'd definitely recommend these!
