These foot pads are not really the magic cleanser and bad spirit eradicator that some people claim, but they are a relaxing treatment that helps sooth sore feet when you don’t have extra time in your day for a foot soak. Put them on at bedtime and peel them off in the morning before you hop in the shower. The order included ten pads and two herbal mixes, which left me with a dilemma of wearing a different herbal mix on each foot for five wearings or to wear the same herbal mix on both feet for four wearings and then miss match for one wearing. I would rather have had an even number of each or just my choice of one. Neither mix had better results than the other. I have recurring plantar fasciitis and the pads and the adhesive pieces that hold them in place feel very relaxing and comfortable after a not so comfortable day of walking. ... show more
