Love this little heater!! It puts out a lot of heat, and the oscillating feature is very nice! It’s pretty quiet, but the only thing I dislike about it is it does make a single loud beep with every button you press. I wish there was a feature to put it into silent mode so you can change settings on it quietly. Other than that, it’s been awesome!! I’ve had it about 3 months so far with near daily use, and it shows no signs of stopping!

I bought this heater for my small office, thinking it would be a simple, efficient way to keep warm. I set it to Eco mode at 70 degrees, and since the display showed the room was already at 67, I figured it wouldn’t take long to reach temp—especially in such a tiny space. Fast forward an hour...not only was the heater still running nonstop, but the room felt like a sauna. I checked the display—79 degrees. Apparently, "Eco mode" here means "keep running indefinitely until the user melts." Silly me for assuming that setting a target temperature would mean the heater actually stops once it’s reached, like, you know… every other space heater on the market. I turned to the manual for answers, which unhelpfully states: "Space Heater in ECO mode will always adjust its output based in the temperature of the ambient it is in." Ah yes, someone clearly attempted to use Google translate to make a sentence in English. FAIL. But, if I'm interpreting this correctly, it should cut off, right? That's what it implies. Since the manual also kindly asks users to reach out for a solution before leaving negative feedback (how considerate), I emailed the listed support address. Days passed—no response. I followed up. More silence. Now it’s been six days, and still nothing. So, if you’re looking for a space heater that ignores its own temperature settings and a support team that ignores your emails, congratulations! You’ve found the perfect product.

Purchased first unit, it arrived intact with all parts and is working fine. I am really liking this little heater. So much so that I ordered a second one the same day the first one arrived. The second one hasn't come in yet but I am already considering additional purchases, (just for backup not that I need additional units). Haven't received the second purchase yet but don't forsee any problems.I will certainly recommend to others. KUDOs! Price is reasonable and as long as the price doesn't jump $20-$40 dollars when I am ready to make another purchase, I will look to buy more. Will also make a great gift. This is of course Amazon. and I have made purchases at a good price in the past, liked an item, went to buy again and found the price had jumped....., alot! Only issue so far is Eco mode: If 70 ( as an example )is target temp unit has to be set at 66, 4 degrees lower than then target temp, not really a problem. But when temp is reached heat turns off and units fan runs for a few and then shuts down, all is good. Red power light stays on so it appears to go into a stand by mode. But, before temp drops enough for the unit to come back on, the unit just turns completely off after a few minutes and red light goes out and seems to shut down completely and doesn't come back on. At least I haven't seen it come back on yet, I have to hit the power button again to restart. Am I doing something wrong? Confused. Other than the Eco thing, all is good. Although it would be nice if the temp did not have to be reset each time Eco is turned on. Be nice if it remembered the setting. By the way, love the 30 second cooldown before shutting off, BRILLIANT!

I bought two of these to put in my daughter's rooms. We live in Texas and there are a few nights that get well below freezing, but our central heating doesn't work great in their rooms. These definitely get their rooms hot, but they don't turn off. I set them to eco mode at 70 degrees and when I went in around midnight to check on them, their rooms were almost 90 degrees. The eco mode seems to only switch from Low to High and back again when needed, but never actually stops heating if it reaches the set temperature. I ended up keeping these and using them, but I just set a timer and check on the girls before I go to bed and set another timer so their rooms don't get too hot.

It's awesome! Warms up the living room so well that my relatives keep turning it off, saying it's too hot. I love having a remote control and love the oscillation. The only quibbles I have: - The 'buttons' on the top of the unit seem to be touch buttons and are too sensitive, so I only use the remote control control to change the settings. - It's annoying that the only way to change the temperature setting up or down is by having to change the mode to "Eco". I don't understand why it was designed like that. I have bad vision, so I can't easily read the tiny writing on the display screen to see if it is on Eco mode, so I have to put on my glasses and go as close to it (where it sits on the floor) to see which mode it is in. I wish the display would put the word "ECO" in big letters on the display so one can more readily see which mode it just got switched to. Even better would be if it was NOT designed so that one has to put it in Eco mode just to change the temperature. Can't I just change the temperature no matter what mode it is in? Other than these annoyances, I like it enough to keep it and I would recommend it as long as one doesn't mind the quibbles I mentioned above. It is the most affordable and powerful little heater I've seen that includes a remote control, doesn't take up a big amount of space, oscillates, and puts out very strong heat. To give a reference on the size of it, it takes up less floor space than a gallon-sized plastic milk jug.
