I wanted something light to move a lot of small stuff down stairs, without straining and going up and down stairs all day with all the supplies and tools. My job is hard enough and this makes it much faster and easier. The only thing to watch for is if the stairs you use this on are not code compliant (small) It will still climb them the same (within reason) you just have to be more careful going downstairs, This unit is so nice I ordered their large unit for the really big stuff.

I had a full size refrigerator and a upright freezer to bring up a narrow basement stair well. The Powered Stair Climbing Hand Truck took each of them up the concrete stairs with ease, by me self! I have many more projects on my "list of things to do", moving things both up and down stairs. Now I don't have to depend on help, or make an appointment with a mover, every time I need to move something up and down steps.

What a waste of my hard earned money. This is our garbage the handle does not hold and breaks loose. Terrible and almost impossible to control. I fell like I got scammed over $3000 of my hard earned money!! I want a full refund!!!!!!

This product is everything that I expected it to be. More importantly the customer service is Top Notch! I had an issue with the original battery supplied with my machine. In notifying XSTO of my issue, Emily requested that I provide a video of the issues that I was experiencing (which is totally fair). Upon receipt of the video proof, Emily expedited a replacement battery out to me. This replacement battery resolved my issue, and I am extremely happy with both the machine, and the customer service received. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great option to save your back by working smarter, not harder!

I had several issues with trying to buy it through Amazon, only due to my business credit card, so XSTO refunded my personal credit card three times and Emily kept in contact with me through the entire process.
