I work in a cold office and decided to purchase this heater for under my desk. It works good it has the option to have the air blow high or low. The control the heater on the top is touch screen, However if your always cold like me and have the heater high it will turn off if the temp around you is warm enough.     • Faulty LED display BUT Great customer service
I received one with a faulty LED display and it was very difficult to use and understand which setting I was in. I reached out to their customer service team and they were very speedy in resolving the matter in sending a new one that wasn't faulty. I'm pretty pleased in their service and their product. I compared quite a lot of different ones and I appreciate the small compact size, oscillating feature, easy illuminated touch buttons, even has a regular fan just to circulate cool air in the room. Updated 11/30/2022. After reporting the control panel issue to the manufacturer, I was offered a choice of resolutions and chose to get a replacement heater. They quickly sent out a replacement unit (at no expense to me) and :knock wood: it seems to be working well. They also said they would work on the issue so hopefully future purchases won't have that issue. Which is good because I would like to buy another. Original review: I have no idea of square footage but it quickly and relatively quietly heats a bedroom (with a door closed). No weird smells. Feels sturdy. Portable. Problem is that, as others have mentioned, the touch controls don't always respond. On several occasions at this point, I've had to turn it off using the surge protector or unplugging it. It doesn't seem to correlate with performing any particular function or run time, just randomly, I'll attempt to power off or adjust the temp or oscillation and the controls don't respond. ... show more

    • Keeps you warm!
I bought one of these bad boys late last winter (you know, before it got warm in the spring) for my kid's room because they kept saying they were cold at night. They used it once before the weather decided it was going to be warm the rest of the season. I pulled it back out a few days ago because the temps dropped below freezing. We set it 72. My daughter actually woke up and complained that it was too hot in the room! Meanwhile, we were in our room freezing. I bought two more. One for our room and one for our other daughter's room. We set ours to 72, and, sure enough, it was too warm! (And I keep our house at 78 in the summer!) These things product allllll the heat, and I'm totally hear for it. I did originally think that the original one was broken because it kept going off and on. I thought it was broken, but it's because it was cutting off when the room reached the set temperature. I actually like this feature. One thing that I don't love is that it auto sets to 95 when you turn it on. I feel it's a bit unsafe (and a bit of a nuisance) to have it set this high by default.     • Works fine, controls lock for no reason but I'm able to get working
Heater works fine. Once it runs for awhile, the controls lock out. When I press - & + and the same time it then enables the buttons to work. Not sure if this is supposed to happen. People complain it runs for 10 sec after turning off, this is a safety feature to cool the unit down, just the fan runs not the heat. Mine also would stop working after 15 sec but that was because the inlet screen was filled with lint. Another safety feature that worked. Does the job in our bathroom. ... show more

I bought this heater for my office. It is perfect! It pumps out enough heat to warm up my space and keep it warm. You can adjust the temperature to your liking and it has a high low setting. The only thing I dislike about it is that the fan (with out the heat) has a very weak output. Otherwise it's great does exactly what I need it to do! ... show more
